Walked into the Fragrance Outlet and realized I was grossly over charged for a large bottle of Chrome and a 4.2 ounce of Issey Miyake total with tax after a so called 50 percent off came to 198.98 came home and checked online and the same two bottles of Cologne was 121.00 plus tax buyer beware there prices are hiked up and people come to the Outlets to SAVE money and get a deal not to be ripped off I’ll never buy anything from there again the 50 percent off deal is no deal !!!!

Salesman really listened to smells that I gravitate toward and had good suggestions. He was not pushy. I did settle on a cologne for my husband. He was very satisfied with what I purchased.

Absolutely my all time go to shop ! Always have what I need and want and always something new I fall in love with ! Always great service ! Kindest people that really know customer service, they make an offer but don’t push it on you !
Have went here since they opened and go at least twice a year without fail, every vacay, and sometimes just as a loyal customer I’ll drive up from Chattanooga for the deals 🖤

I loved my out of town, on vacation, shopping experience. The manager and Sales reps, were personable, cordial, knowledgeable, and made spending my money a joy. I would go back and purchase more fragrances when I am in ATL again. Thanks Fragrance Outlet!

They lied to me about the return policy. I asked if it was possible to return and they said yes as long as I hadn’t opened the box. When i went back to return one of the perfumes they told me they didn’t accept returns. The only reason i wanted to return the perfume is because the 1.7oz bottle they sold me for $130 was way overpriced…. Online the 5.0oz bottle was $158. I felt ripped off and they didn’t even apologize.

I love all 3 purchases I have made. The lady I spoke with about a month earlier had showed me the Agape fragrances . I sprayed them on and stilll loved them hours later. My next trip to the outlet I went in and bought both of them - agape and agape special. Love them both!!!! I bought Winderful. A few months earlier and really like it too. Agape fragrances are now my favorite.

I met Phil and had a great discussion about different fragrances. Phil showed me a variety of different scents based on what I liked. I ended up purchasing Private Perfumer Aqua Silver along with Prada Black. I enjoyed my experience and I will be back to purchase more fragrances! Phil wrote down all the scents that we tried so that we remembered what I liked. Thank you!

The young lady who helped my son & I was very pleasant!! She gave me multiple fragrances to choose from and I was highly satisfied with each one! My intention was to just get myself something but I ended up leaving with a cologne for my son which he loves so far! Even listening to her interact with other customers while we chose a scent had me intrigued! I can’t remember her name but with the excellent customer service we received you can never forget the face! Thank you so much and we’ll be back soon!

What made my experience so great was the experience of smelling different fragrances. In the end, I purchased the Mercedes Benz and the Versace cologne and Body Shower Gel. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional.

Enjoyed my last trip to the fragrance outlet. The associate working there was helpful and knowledgeable, and didn't rush me into any decision. Ultimately I was happy to leave with a bottle MySlf and Sea + Zephyr.

When I first walked in, I was greeted and welcomed. The store didn't smell too intense, but rather pleasant. The employees were dressed sharp and professional, giving me a sense of confidence in their reccomendations. They offered me many high quality samples and afforadable deals. I bought many of my favorite colognes from this establishment, but what I loved most was seeing the employees talking about the scents and notes, and how joyfully they described them. Asking what your favorite kind of scents are and what you normally wear, all lead to a great connection with the employee and made me feel comfortable. I will absolutely be coming back, craving to discover more of what I love.
