I ordered the Cathedral Pave Moissanite Engagement and Wedding Band set.It took about two weeks from the time I ordered. This set is beautiful. My only complaint is that the bands are thinner than I like and the side stones of the engagement ring and the wedding band are smaller than I imagined. I considered returning the set but customer service worked with me to find an excellent solution. I ordered an additional wedding band so there will be one on each side of the engagement ring to add to the sparkle and "flesh out" the base of the set. I would recommend anyone ordering these sets to let Forever Moissanite know if you prefer wider bands and bigger side stones so you can customize your purchase.

Issues to order with the coupon then finally I was able to place the order it took longer than stated to ship and then when I receive the item it’s not like it’s shown in the picture. The rim of the diamond is not in cased in the gold it’s in the middle. I didn’t understand the excuse I was given since I bought the same size carat as shown in the picture if I’d known that I need to get a bigger carat for it to look like the picture I would’ve. I never received a reply back after that.

We purchased a 1.75 princess cut with diamonds on the side. The Ring is absolutely gorgeous. It is even more beautiful in person. We received an amazing deal on Black Friday.
Most importantly the customer service is/was impeccable. It was an all around win win!!!!

My girlfriend and I picked it together. It was our favorite ring online. We really liked the way the rings joined together. The graduated pave round cut engagement and wedding band set was a wise choice. Looks like a diamonds. It looks elegant without being to detailed/intricate. Also the choices were nice too such as color, carrot, shape of jewel, and even the cut style. Fast delivery which required a signature was all good.

Recently received the matching wedding band. My Fiancé absolutely loves everything about both rings. Only issue is the engagement ring is a 1/2 size too large and needs resizing. Are we still able to get it resized locally and receive a credit for the cost as promised when we first received the engagement ring? Thank you. Allen

We looked on multiple sites and decided on buying here due to quality and pricing. It was ready to ship in a few days and shipping took less than 2 days. The packaging was descreit and internal ring box was very nice. The ring itself is amazing, she loves it and everyone else thinks it's beautiful too. Words cannot describe how awesome the Forever Moisanitte company is. I was like most, completely skeptical of ordering online but the customer service and reviews made my decision easier. My ring is absolutely beautiful!!! We purchased a bridal set in platinum and although the band itself is a little thin, it does feel very durable. I rec’d in 2wks from the date purchased and it was shipped very securely. The company packaging/box that my ring came in was very cute. I would definitely recommend Forever Moissanite!!

I ordered the milgrain engagement ring with a 1 carat moissanite center stone and the ring looks even better then in the pictures!! I have gotten so many compliments and no one has ever questioned if it was a real diamond. Shipping was also pretty fast, my ring came earleir then expected which was a nice surprise.

I first came across this company while looking for reasonable alternatives for an engagement ring. After making the decision, I knew I chose the best company. I read a lot of concerns about the means of communication being limited to email only; however, to be fair, I’ve had no issues reaching members of the team within 24 hours of my inquiry. From beginning to end, the team at Forever Moissanite were helpful and present and took the stress out of the entire process.

Oh btw, the ring itself is beautiful. The craftsmanship is top notch and most importantly, my fiancé loves it. We’ve been receiving non-stop compliments since I popped the question. Photos do no justice. If you’re debating on this company, go for it. You’ll be thrilled!

The ring did not look anything like the picture. It looked like I purchased it from the dollar store. It also appeared that it was a generic ring that they just welded pieces on it. The center stone had an I3 inclusion which might have happened during setting. Fortunately, they were good about letting me return the ring. However, there was a financial penalty and the customs cost was high. So this was overall expensive for nothing. I would recommend finding a local jeweler and designing your custom ring that way. You will probably get what you want and not have to communicate via email. This is a good concept but bad execution.

Forever Moissanite is truly a wonderful company. David in customer service is super exceptional and responds to any questions super fast. They absolutely deliver a spectacular product, so well that I ordered a second ring the same day I reciever the first one. Will forever order from them. Be advised on the side that any order over $2500 will be delayed at customs. Just FYI. Love Forever Moissanite.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and the quick responses to our questions. Obviously this purchase was an engagement ring so we were super nervous during the shipment, but it arrived just when it was supposed to.
