They’re right

They’re right! It’s a complete scam! I booked last night then got no confirmation but a phone call this morning instead! The representative Seth told me there will be no luggage included in the booking I have to pay more to get the confirmation of the ticket! That’s totally unacceptable scam! I never heard an international flight booking with no luggage allowed! How is it possible?! I will let everybody know what happened when tried to book a flight with Foggyfly!!!

COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!
Do not use their service! You book a flight then they call you later saying that you booked a "standby ticket" and not an actual ticket. Then they say you have to pay $$$ more to have an actual ticket. Do not use! If you did use it, please contact your bank immediately before they charge to your account. Buyer Beware!

All said and done it worked out

All said and done it worked out. John was helpful and I believe he ended up getting my family the best deal. Long flight, holidays, can't have high expectations. Appreciate the service, even after a rough start.

POSSIBLE SCAM ALERT

Booked a reservation then they call and tell that you can't take any carry on or checked bags. Who travels without bags?? Can't understand the accent of the caller. Told them just to cancel the reservation. They refused. Told them not to call me back unless it was someone that spoke plain English so I could understand what they are saying. Same person called back like 10 times. Had to block number.

Cooper the “Amazing Representative”

Cowper was the representative who helped me throughout my booking issues. He was very well respectful, professional, efficient, and was very patient with me. He discovered some issues that I had but corrected them on the spot!!

You know, he has been working on my itinerary since three days ago. He didn’t.give up on reaching out. He stuck to his persistence and work with me to the end. Amazing guy!!

He is an amazing employee!! He reaches far beyond his scope of work I know!! He deserves a raise or some kind of award!!

WORTHLESS THIEVES

absolute TRASH,I booked a flight to manila and paid $713,no sooner had I completed the transaction when I get a call saying the days that have just booked are not available and I will set off 2 DAYS EARLIER??.I reply to a man named CLIFFORD saying cancel immediately,oh yeah I also forgot to tell you that I needed a $603 cabin upgrade ha ha ha ha,luckily I have PayPal and transfered my money before this thieving trash could get it.

Tickets were in processing status

Tickets were in processing status. agent calls me back and says, that one of 2 of us is confirmed and the other is in waiting list, if i give $150/person more, he can give me a confirmed good ticket. this happened 3 hrs ago and tickets are still in processing, no any further emails. fortunately my CC was not charged, they have my CC info not sure what they would use it for, i should cancel my card.

It’s a scam

Foggyfly is a scam. They show the low price online, after booking they will show the true color. Too many hard time. Unprofessionals to deal with. They will say return flight is not confirmed, baggage not included etc. Finally you are forced to pay over price. No cancellations even if they make any changes. I have given a credit card which I knew that I can close the account for any reasons. I requested for a replacement card, that way I solved the issue. Stay away from these scams.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Do not use this company! They offer one price on the website and call you back to tell you that price is no longer available after you entered your credit card information and paid. Total bait and switch! They would not refund my money, instead offered a credit for future flights. Fortunately, the charge wasn't showing up yet and I had to cancel that credit card number so it wouldn't go through.
