I've used Flighthub 3 times now. Never been a problem and they were available if I did. Only negative thing, I was charged for baggage protection that I did Not purchase. I'm working on clarifying this. I would advise anyone to chose Flighthub, for excellent prices and customer support. Will definitely use again next year.

There was no difficulty in making a choice because it was easy to use and the price comparison could be seen at a glance.
However, I thought the insurance cost was high, and I didn't think there was a cost to choose a seat, but it was not Flighthub's fault, but I chose the same flight name and compared it with Expedia, and Expedia was much more expensive than Air Canada and Flighthub, so I couldn't understand it. In conclusion, Flighthub was reliable and easy to use.

Needing to cancel my flight last Tuesday because I ended up at the emergency at the Cranbrook hospital the day before.
Very upset for spending hours online on Monday trying and not being able to cancel my return flight. So my return trip is officially considered a NO SHOW. Now I have to pay full price to go back home

Air Canada had forecasted a strike that landed on my date of travel. Air Canada had also advised travellers on these particular dates to reschedule their flights for 7-10 days due to the strike. Being abroad and in another country, this was obviously concerning to me. An agent through Flight Hub "Sara" was able to painlessly resolve this matter for me and reschedule my flight accordingly. I am looking forward to booking my next flight with Flight Hub in the near future and Highly recommend them. Thank you.

This was not the first time for me to use Flighthub. The cheap prices are attractive, but I resent a cc. $90 seat request fee for the current reservation! Unfortunately, Flighthub has no control over what the airlines does with the itinerary after purchase. Last time I ended up with a horrible itinerary due to frequent British Airlines itinerary changes. Ultimately, I ended up in a situation where I didn't gain anything price wise: the cheap ticket price matched the inconvenience of the modified itinerary. Also, buying a ticket on Flighthub is very easy, and customer service is great. However, if there is a problem with the flight or the itinerary after purchase and the customer wants to talk to a live person at Flighthub, it's almost impossible to do so. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this reservation, hoping I won't need to contact Flighthub.

Agent ( Masry) was very helpful and very patient and helped us find a really reasonable price for me and my husband's flight to Istanbul. I do strongly recommend flight hub if you are looking for your travel needs. We are so very happy with their service especially to agent Masry who helped us booked our flight!

The website is easy to navigate, filters are simple to add or change, and it makes it pretty simple to explore different options with routes, airlines, dates, etc.

I bought a flight to Regina to Edmonton
Edmontion to Calgoty. The actual flight is supposed to be on 15 Sept from Edmonton to Calgary but the system shows 16 September. I have been trying to Call the West Jet office and went to the counter they are not allowed to change. I have to lose my payment.
Please change it to today 15 Sept from Edmonton to Calgoly—any time. Even tomorrow early in the Morning before 11 AM is OK My contact no is 437 434 2201 Thank you

Flight Flub screwed me in Denmark. Always book your flights directly with the airline, not Flight Flub. I was taking a regional flight via Norwegian Air, had booked my flight with FF, but had to book my bags. Their online site was the only place to do this. I tried several times to no avail. We went to check in, at a self serve airport, but couldn't as we had not had our baggage checked in. We had to cancel our flight and rebook directly thro Norwegian. We lost time, money and confidence in Flight Hub. I'm sure Henri the CEO cares! BOOK DIRECT! NOT ThHRU Flight FLUB

There was no communication after you hit 'submit/pay", it took days to get a confirmation. The airline had no info. on the purchase, JustFly sent an email with JFnoreply email with promises with no tangible confirmation.
JF also charged for insurance that we DID NOT BUY. Their phone service will only response for people who fly within 24 hrs. We eventually received a confirmation from Qatar Airways 5 days or so later, IT IS A SCAM! I would not buy from them anymore!
