Y’all fu*king suck—twelve-hundred down the drain due to y’all’s incompetence on your own jobs. Y’all single-handily make my life a living nightmare.
A glitch on your side that stated I drove 2200 miles in 2 weeks cause me to lose the entire 1200 miles I paid for the day prior. And 1200 miles a month for a resident in Georgia is unrealistic and not reliable.
The amount of fees you charge me; the amount of money I have to spend per one hundred miles; and the random one hundred miles that you don’t need to add, you add, making my life miserable. You are a plague, and epitome of hell itself. You make Ivan the terrible look like a Boy Scout with the stuff you pull.

I can't recommend Flexcar.Since May I have been asking about my overpaid money. The lady has a different excuse every time. The boss has to approve it, next week we will pay. blah blah blah. it seems to be a strategy. To this day, I have not received my money, although everything is done. I will now instruct my lawyer to sue for the money.

They billed me for an extra month while my car was at repair, I gave them a police report to claim insurance from the truck that crashed into my car. However, they still charged me the $500 deductible. I have never written a bad review yet, and I'm only doing so now to save other people trouble.

Love having a new car and the convenience of everything rolled together in one payment. I do wish there was More mile plans to offer or I could purchase extra miles in more than a hundred at a time!

Sign-up is easy and the car has so far been great. However, I'm giving it three stars because they prominently say "no hidden fees", then proceeded to charge a $199 fee at the final step of check-out for having the nerve to sign up during the summer. Seems like the definition of a hidden fee.

Flexcar provided an amazing customer experience. For a service to be tech focused, the interaction with the staff was top tier. This is a great program for individuals who know the importance of having a bundle—payment, insurance, maintenance, and car wash. I’ve enjoyed my experience using the service, It’s very convenient. But the administration of the service could use a lot of work. After using the service for my first month I was expecting to receive a bill and charge for the subsequent month. But I was kicked off of the Flexcar server and not able to even view my reservation, mileage, or account information in the app for the car that I am currently driving. I then called to try and get the issue rectified with a Flexcar representative and they stated they would look into It and call back with an answer. Weeks went by, and I heard nothing from any of the agents. I called back again and explained the situation again to a new agent who helped me get back into the server. But, I was now overcharged for unused overage miles by $680. I spoke with another representative about the charge overage and they stated they’d help me by sending me a ledger of miles used, and no ledger has been sent to me still. It has now been almost 2 weeks since I have spoken with the representative and I have been charged for another full month of service with an extreme amount of surplus miles. All in all, I was charged for 3 months of service in a matter of 2 weeks and It feels like no one is trying to help me rectify the situation.

Like other OPs, I also experienced hidden charges such as summer surcharge of over $250, which is only returnable after 4 months of continuous subscription while I only needed the car for a month. A annual membership fee of over $200 after two weeks of trial period. If I return the car before two weeks, I won’t be charged for the membership, but I also won’t get any refund for the whole month of payment. Flexcar cheap out on insurance too, with only two levels of insurance selection, the lowest out of pocket payment to be $500, and highest $2000. And they also refused to pay for towing service as long as the engine is not broken and the car is drivable. I understand Flexcar is a cheaper option when it comes to low mileage driver who lives in a city but need to hold a car for an extended period of time, but the cheapness also comes with its hassle and almost 0 tolerance for error.

My family and I need a new car and was in the process of buying a new one or a used one ,then we came across Flexcar and it helped us out in the end. After days and weeks of calculating the cost of a car and repairs it came out to be more expensive than using Flexcar, especially with adding the cost of insurance. The only thing I can complain about is the mileage part i just wish it an unlimited plan. Other than that is easy and a game changer I don’t ever have to worry about the car, especially with the roadside assistance(which would be another cost if we would have went a different route)

1. The membership charges are higher.
2. The basic plan contains only 200 miles and 580 plan contains 800miles. This is the huge gap in terms of miles.
3. Overall experience with car and its condition was really good.
4. It was easy to pick up car and also the rental charges are much affordable with respective other options like enterprise. So it really helped me 2 months to travel to my office. Thank you for that.

I loved that I was able to do things online and only go to the hub for pickup. The process was extremely easy. I also like that it was very clear what options I had as far as mileage plans and payment clarity. The added insurance and driver option has really made this worth it.

This IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE FLEX. They are going to hit you over the head with fee’s and miles. And it’s going to be wrong but they are still gonna charge you. The car isn’t filled up all the way. Don’t do an actual walk through of their cars. You are better off getting your own vehicle for the price you’re going to pay.
