The ability to scan bar codes was important to me. Now it's part of a premium plan. I'll keep typing thank you. It is also beyond my ability to change the weight loss plan. When I set it up, I was trying to diet and exercise. That didn't work, so I had gastric bypass. Everytime I save all the entries for the day I'm shown some of long winded nonsense about taking in enough calories. I take in exactly as much as I need/can.

I gave it 4 out of 5 because I don’t notice any major difference, but I’ve seen the ingredients in the collagen and the super foods, and I know they’re quality ingredients and the collagen fits what the non-biased source says you should look for in it. I know they’re benefiting me, I just never saw drastic changes when I started using them.

I thought I signed up for a 7 day trial. I cancelled within 24 hours and they are still going to charge me the initial price. They said I can use it for 3 months since I paid a three month price. This app is not useful to me and I won't be using it and have deleted it from my phone. Don't sign up!

I have never experienced such a patience with a company. They are so easy to contact, they never waste time getting back to you, and they help you with absolutely every step. I messed things up a couple of times and they were so compassionate and never made me feel like I was troubling them.

The shipping is fair and fast. The customer support is great as well. Prices are fair and transparent. I hope they keep expanding!

I signed up for a 2-week Noom trial less than 4 hours ago, and rejected all their other offers for additional (costly) programs. Within minutes, I got an email thanking me for ordering the Mental Enhancement program. WHAT? I had not ordered it! I wrote to them asking them to cancel it. They would not, and said I would be charged for it at the end of my trial period. If I still didn't want the Mental Enhancement program, I could request a refund. They would not cancel it. I learned, too late, that in 2022, Noom announced reached a $62 million settlement with plaintiffs in a class action who brought a host of state-law consumer protection and common-law claims based on Noom's allegedly deceptive enrollment scheme. Trial period? Nope. I, too, got suckered in, and with an unwanted add-on to boot. I'll be filing a dispute with my credit card company immediately.
