Today, I noticed that my flight to go to my best friend's funeral was incorrect. I contacted Kenton with fareobuddy and he immediately resolved the issues with my ticket as well as went above and beyond to even make sure that my friend's and I are sitting in the front of the plane. I cannot tell you how helpful he was and that he really takes pride in his job and makes sure everything is correct and accurate. I highly recommend using them if you ever in need of flights or travel plans.

Dalziel was wonderful in helping us. We missed our boarding due to a medical emergency on our flight. He helped us to meet up with our cruise ship so our vacation was not a total loss! He spent almost 2 hrs on the phone with me rearranging flights and coordinating for hotels! I can’t thank him enough!!! He truly represents customer service!
