When I first submitted my request for a ring, I was contacted pretty quickly by Chase. He asked me for more information about the ring I wanted and I was able to give him samples of what I found online and asked for extra changes.
Before they start implementing the ring that I was trying to design, I did have to put down a downpayment. It was ok to put half for them to start drawing up mock designs and when the ring is going to start being made, that is when I put in the rest of the payment.
Another guy named Mike called me and gave me a walkthrough of the process which helped me too. Both of these guys responded back to my emails or texts pretty quick. I occasionally asked how the ring is coming a long and would get a prompt email from them.
They ship the ring to the closest fedex and thats where I pick it up. The ring looks good too! Would recommend!

Chase was very easy to talk to and provided me with a peaceful experience throughout each and every step. He encouraged me to do my own research and never pressured me to do anything that I wasn't comfortable with. He gave me a great deal and helped me design the perfect ring for my now fianceé!

FP got my custom ring to me well ahead of the proposal. It looked perfect, my fiancée loved it! The staff worked with me via email, phone, text. We will be using them for our wedding bands as well, the savings and service are just too great to use a big box jewelry store. I did get a tad frustrated during the design process. My fiancee was very particular and involved with reviewing design progress. I would send a list of items to adjust and FP would fix no more than one thing at a time before sending back the updated design. This lengthened the design process from what I anticipated. If you are particular or your design is complicated/unique, make sure there is plenty of time before it is needed. But FP works to make sure everything comes in time. I DO recommend them to my friends now.

These guys are awesome! I heard of them through a friend, and I messaged them I was interested in a ring. We set up an appointment, and they laid out everything I can expect, from how the ring is made and its quality, to how long it will take to ship. They gave me the whole rundown! I requested the ring to come at short notice, so they were not able to meet my request, but it ended up working out well for me, and they were very good at communicating it to me whenever I would reach out and ask questions.

I can not express how impressed I am with the Faithful Platform and their quality operation. I was overwhelmed by the process of buying an engagement ring. Solid customer service! Zach with Faithful Platform spoke with me in detail to help me build an exceptional custom ring. I was hesitant to do the whole process online and over the phone but it went well! When the ring showed up in a very special box with GIA certification, some solid faith based resources on marriage and the ring itself it was everything I hoped for! 10/10 presentation and great overall experience.
