Product arrived quickly and well packaged. Very pretty, but as a professional Nail tech 30+ years, here is a tip: product is heavy to lift on an acrylic brush so the brush needs to be very wet. Also, it is helpful to mix a little clear acrylic powder with the Fairy Glamor in a dappen dish, and then apply the mix with a very wet brush. Holds up well with no lifting or chipping!

I have placed many orders from Fairy Glamour. Products are quality and amazingly beautiful. I love all their chunky glitters! Shipping is always quick. My first order I mistakenly used an email address I rarely use/check and didn't realize my error. Sent an email to customer service asking for a status and received an reply within a couple hours. They were very helpful and figured out my issue. Turns out they'd sent several status emails with shipping status.

Mailman lost my package contacted customer service they are very friendly turns out I found my found package it was at my neighbors. Although I don't like the process of calling the cops over $30 to file a report just to get a replacement I would rather eat the 30 or just reorder. My experience has been positive any questions i have they do reply very quickly.

I love Fairy Glamor products. The glitter dips are amazing! Only thing I don't love is the time it takes to ship and that they don't offer smaller quantities. It should not take two weeks to receive my orders after paying for expedited shipping! I have since gone with another company in same location, which has true expedited shipping and smaller dip jar options.

Disregard. I was probably mad I couldn't do it because I didn't do it right first attempt and this is exactly why I don't use social media because I always say something I don't agree with or feel the same way about.
Its my problem, not yours. Your products are great. If I was a nail lady I'd totally use your products.

Please be sure you're applying enough dip coats and also buffing your nails before application. This will help it hold to your nail. I personally have very smooth nails and have to buff my nails a decent amount to get our powders to last more than 4 weeks.

When I made my purchase it said I qualified for free shipping yet I still got charged for shipping, my purchase was over 70 dollars, I tried to pick another shipping option but it didn't allow me to do so! I sent an email and didn't receive a response! I absolutely love FG I just didn't like I qualified for free shipping but didn't receive it! I'm also n Tx so I very much want to continue supporting a Tx business!

The powders I received are gorgeous! I'm so excited about all of them. The chunky glitters take a little bit of trial and error for newbies like me, but I still got a great looking result that lasted at least 2 weeks! I'm hard on my hands at my job and I was still super impressed. Shipping was quick too. Definitely will order again!

I love fairy glamor. You get 1 oz jars for a great price. Other companies charge the same for 1/4-1/2 an oz jars. The color selection is unique and beautiful 😍 they always have amazing promos & stunning new releases.

The non glitter colors weren't as pigmented as depicted on the site. I had to use about 3 coats before the color actually came through. Removing is also a pain and time intensive. Also not a fan of the mess powder can be.
