Fabletics Don Pants & Bomber!…

I heard about your Don pants & bomber from Jennifer at your Woodlands, TX store. Just bought both! I love going to see all the staff at your store each week but Fabletics also has an amazing online shopping experience. Thanks for filling my closet with exceptional apparel.

I’m a member and can’t understand why…

I’m a member and can’t understand why you are changing an import tax. Your product is decent, but it isn’t great. I pay your membership fee monthly cause I do feel I get my $$$ worth when purchasing kit/bundle offerings otherwise your products are overpriced IMO, by a lot. I am canceling my membership because of your “import fee”. Tired of being nickel and dimed by everyone for everything.

Poor website and shopping experience

The site navigation is poor, pages take forever to load, removing an item from the cart takes like 15 seconds, the advertising is misleading ($19 scrub sets being widely advertised, when really only the first set is $19). The website needs some updating.

All experienced I have had with…

All experienced I have had with fabletics have been excellent. The quality is amazing, the prices are great and I love that I can earn enough points for rewards such as $ off or even free items!

Love the brand

Shopping the website is easy! Sometimes I wish I didn't have to immediately buy something for fear it will sell out so fast and never be brought back but other than that I love my fabletics! I always recommend them to friends and am complimented just as much on my new stuff!

This is a culmination of trying to shop…

This is a culmination of trying to shop here over the past year - The website never seems to work and is always crashing. The fact that I just had to pay extra for taxes outside the VIP credits is wild. Everything is usually out of stock. Why can't I use my credits at dollar value??? 1 credit = $59, sale item is $12 - options are to pay or use a VIP credit, no alternative. That is a scam IMO. 100% not worth being a VIP holder but I am trapped in this cycle bc if I cancel I'm stuck with these credits and nothing is affordable. I just want to use these credits at dollar value!! PLEASE

Website was glitchy

Website was glitchy, unresponsive at times, and slow. Frustrating to see the same item multiple times in the scroll, just in different colors, before coming to new/different items

There never seems to be a whole lot of…

There never seems to be a whole lot of selection for my size. Most the time I see things I love but sadly can't buy. It would be nice to only see the things actually in stock for my size.
I honestly don't ever bother leaving reviews because most companies don't really care. The response for this company was absolutely amazing. I am extremely happy with how much they care about their customers.

Not the happiest …

I know I canceled for the month and yet it still processed. I got another set with my credit but will be canceling, I hate the return process and the free shipping takes weeks. To return I have to drive 45 miles in one drive direction. Overall I’d rather pay a little more for my scrubs and have the convince of easy returns and quicker shipping.

Its a good product but...

I like the product itself; it's a good product. What I don't like is the way the subscription portion of the company essentially plays games with you. When I first signed up, it was not bad. Your credits work like cash since you pay $60 a month for the subscription. Now, it's a credit, and you still pay $60 a month. The credit works for any single item or bundle, whether it costs $50 or $70. Either way, it costs you that one credit for which you pay $60. Lastly, it is really annoying that you can only pause your subscription from the 1st to the 5th of every month, so they do not bill you for that month. On top of that, you have to pause it on a computer using their website. You cannot pause it using your phone.

Browsing and trying on instore is a must

i was able to shop in store prior to ordering online and view items i was interested in purchasing. one of the downsides was that not many items were available in my size in store. however there are many items online and i am able to view and but them with more confidence after trying on similar items in store.

The products are good overall

The products are good overall. Not with the price through without the "VIP". The Options are okay. Yitty runs a size smaller than the regular fabletics

Expired membership credit loss

Expired membership credit loss - unpaid maternity leave . Fabletic don’t let you know that you signed up for VIP membership and automatically deducted from my Afterpay. Without me being aware. What kind of company does that
