I started to deal with Joanna @ EZ Energy , when i found out they can help with benchmarking process. This process was difficult for me as i am a very busy person, she took all the headache away with their services, They made the process very easy and less frustrating for me. It was all taken care of in a five minute phone call , and a few forms over email . I would definitely recommend them and already have.

Since I am with them, I feel secure that they shop for my Co. and sign me up for the best rate on the market for my commercial electricity.
Forter more they got me a loan, which helped me signifyingly to upgrade the infrastructure and my equipment and saved me a lot the cost of electricity due to the higher efficiency.

I've been enrolled with EZ Energy since 2014. They took the entire burden of ENERGY on themselves. They are super sophisticated and pronominal CS.

They know and understand the energy market inside out, and are cery clear on all the NYC LL, benefiting me as the client.

There's knowing the laws and regulations and suppliers, and then there's knowing how to mesh all your knowledge together to help your client get ahead. EZ's deep level of caring + intimate knowledge of the changing energy landscape here in NY make them a fantastic, reliable resource for all energy-related questions and needs.

We hired EZ energy services to perform our NYC benchmarking. We received a fine when our previous management company did not realize benchmarking was a requirement. EZ was both economical and fast. They realized time was of the essence in order for us to avoid a second fine. After we filed, EZ also worked on our behalf to remove us from the benchmarking requirement list. (We are a small condo community and can be removed but can not simply ignore the requirement.) After assisting with the benchmarking we reached out to EZ for a recommendation for our gas line inspections. EZ did not disappoint. They referred us to an equally responsive and fast master plumbing company. EZ is a good company that really cares about their clients and also has connections to other equally great professionals in other fields.
