During the entire process of purchasing a home this company always ensured I was aware and understood every step. They never got frustrated when I ask multiple questions or didn’t full understand a step. They would instead explain it differently in a way I would understand. When I ever decide to buy a home again they will definitely be the company I go to!

I enjoyed working with AZ Homes Loans for my VA refinance. Every one individual through the process was knowledgeable and helpful. I helped expedite some things and we all worked well together! From point of first contact, absolutely the fastest, most concise, friendliest, least expensive, and least aggravating of any refi I have ever done! We'll, with the exception of the first time I used Evolve! If you are refinancing or getting a new mortgage, do yourself a favor, call these people first! You will not regret it! Did I mention they don't charge lender fees?

As a retired loan officer, who has dealt with incompetent loan officers, and battled with underwriters, processors, appraisers, etc. in my 25 year career, I was hoping for the best but expecting the worst. Guess what....the worst never happened. Dave Wick, my MLO was on top of my file from the git go and never missed a deadline through closing. Marcia Maes, his processor was aMAESing, sorry. Communication was consistent, clear and understandable, with a minimum of lender speak. Promises made were delivered without fail. Easy, stress free transaction, fair pricing, transparent all the way through and a great rate to boot. You won't be disappointed.

I had a solid experience. Nick Silber was fantastic. He followed up with me quicker than I expected every time. From start to finish the process went quick and smooth. Literally all I had to do was get Nick the documents he was requesting. He took care of the rest and he worked hard finding me the best loan options with lowest interest rates. Straight up excellent service.

AZ Home Loans made our refinancing a breeze, always returned our phone calls & Emails on the same day. Answered all our questions even when I asked the same questions a dozen times. Everyone was efficient, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. The best part of the re-fi experience is that we got a fantastic interest rate along with dealing with a group of awesome people. I was looking to lower my interest rate. AZ Home Loans was highly recommended to me. I first worked with Josh Hartson to get the ball rolling and get all the necessary paperwork and documents together. He made a nice smooth transition to Ashley Marbury to help process everything! They sent out a wonderful Notary to my home to sign all the final documents. And we ended with a much lower rate than we initially expected. I could not be happier with the customer service we received from everyone!

The whole process was excellent from start to finish. I was just coming off a recent divorce and had limited funds available due to unsold real estate, yet they were still able to secure me a loan and get me pre-approved. My new home was completed during the virus, which presented other problems and additional requirements, and once again they worked hard to get my loan closed, and at the original closing date. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience as first time home buyers. Jill Smith introduced us to our amazing realtors. Alina Wagner and Marcia Maes were so patient, organized, communicated. They even took our calls when they weren't in the office yet. So glad we didn't go to a traditional bank/credit union. It was wonderful working with the same team throughout the entire process.

We didn't think it would be worthwhile to refinance our home loan because it had only been a year and a half since the initial purchase. Luckily Jordan with AZ Home Loans reached out to let us know the rates had dropped dramatically. We moved forward quickly and our monthly payment dropped by almost $450 per month!
