10 days since order fulfillment and…

10 days since order fulfillment and still not delivered. I took the original delivery date off work to receive and FedEx never came. I’ve worked with FedEx to resolve the issue and it still isn’t fixed. I’ve reached out to Euybike and have gotten no help at all. In the meantime it’s costing me a small fortune in scooter rentals to commute to work and back because my E-bike is lost in the mail.

I apologize for the bad user experience.
I see that FedEx has tried to deliver the package on August 27th, but it all says Customer not available or business closed. They tried to deliver it properly every day until September 1st, but it all said that the customer was not available or that the business was closed. Has FedEx contacted you? Is your address undeliverable? You can call FedEx and ask how the package will be delivered to you. +1 800-463-3339

First E-Bike

I recently purchased my first E-Bike, the Euybike K6 Pro. I am impressed with the comfort, speed and battery life. I will be using this bike for hunting and will put it to the test in a couple weeks, I'll update the review then. Cheers!

Great Bike! Great Support!

I am very happy with my purchase. I love the bike. It was damaged durring shipping but the EUY team was quick and responsive when dealing with the issue. Would recommend them to anyone looking for not only a good bike but awesome support. Thanks guys!

EUY Bike came through when other brands failed!

I’m giving euybike this rating because they delivered a high quality bike with great customer service when 2 other bike manufacturers didn’t. FedEx had several issues delivering the bike but euy provided great support and was with me every step of the way even when I los patience. The bike arrived 95% assembled as claimed and I was able to assemble it alone in about 30 minutes. And that’s with zero bike building experience. I am extremely happy and will purchase again.

Brakes need a little adjusting

Brakes need a little adjusting. Headlight should show further off from center good light just no preferable light. Needs better shocks. Improve the seat. No comfortable. Otherwise good bike

Great customer service and product

I accidentally ordered under my previous address and the customer support team was able rapidly respond to amend my mistake before shipping. Then when I got my bike, it was easy to set up and is AWESOME to ride. Very happy with my bike and about to order another!

Delayed shipping

Was told that the bike I wanted was in stock and it would ship in 1 or 2 days. The FedEx label was created but the bike was never given to FedEx until a week later. Euybike told me it was FedEx that forgot to record the pickup. FedEx said that the bike was never physically shipped. It wasn't till I suggested filing a lost claim to Euybike that it magically was given to FedEx the next day. Normally this wouldn't be a huge deal, but the timing was important to me and why I inquired about the delivery time before ordering. I also didn't appreciate puting the blame on FedEx.

The customer service

The customer service. I had a few issues with the shipping quality. Two missing parts and the back fender had scratches on it. I got a quick reply from customer service telling me they would sent me the missing parts and gave me a small credit for the scratches. The bike is great and I gave 5 star for making the few small issues right. I would and will buy an euybike again because of the customer service!

350lbs +

The order was delivered earlier than expected. Everything was in great brand new condition. Packaged well.

I’m only 1 week in but the bike is performing great!
Suspension is awesome
Brakes are amazing
I’m over 350lbs and this bike is still working perfectly

You guys build a great bike

You guys build a great bike. Everything as advertised except for the fun level. It’s much more fun than expected! The quality, styling, ride comfort and performance is over the top. Would highly recommend.
Just one man’s opinion, but if you knew me you would know I don’t give such high marks unless earned.

I feel confident on my S4

Fast free shipping, I feel like I got twice the bike for half of the price, I like the way it handles, the dual suspension really smooths the bumps and holes that are on any street, path or whatever, The hydraulic 180 mm disk brakes stop very well,The motor is quiet and powerful and can handle most uphill climbs. I feel confident on my S4

Good Bargin Buy EBike

so far the bike has been great at about 100 miles, its a comfortable ride with a plush seat that makes longer trips more doable. however the one issue i have is the bike struggling at pedal assist 5 to give full power, the bike claims speeds of 28-33mph. but on PA5 full throttle i often cap at 24-25mph, not sure why and ill follow up with support to see if its a setting that can be changed. But overall for what you get its worth the money with other similar spec'd bikes often being 2000$ or more

Initially I had a problem with the…

Initially I had a problem with the bike. It was having an error code which I promptly reported and customer service handled perfectly. A part with instructions was sent to me and I was able to get my bike working again. Customer service was spot on and I love the bike.

range is not close to the advertised amount

Bike arrived in good order and was easy to assemble. Range was listed as 50 miles extended to 80 miles with pedal assist. I ran out of juice in 23 miles(!!!) pretty frustrating as this is not close to the advertised range even accounting for driving conditions.

Bike Arrived in Disrepair (UPDATED)

UPDATE: I have received the replacement bike and was able to put it together. Putting this bike together takes longer than you'd hope. About an hour if you are handy, definitely longer if you don't do this often. The bike is heavier than you'd expect and I wish it locked into place once folded to be carried easier. Some parts and pieces really aren't the most thought out but still come together. The rear rack I had to really man handle to line it up in order to screw it in place.
During my initial ride the gear shifter seems to have some issues moving between gears properly from 4-7. I've had to tighten the handles and hope it won't be a continuous thing to redo, as it is a hazard. It does get up to speed and is amazing for the hill I live on. All electrical works properly, but I have yet to try the front light. Overall, 2/5 the customer service is great, the discount is the only reason I'm keeping it, and the bike is frustrating in ways that have to be redesigned.

Initial Review: The company delivered a bike that was in disrepair. I was unable to put the peddles on, the bike seat, or the rear rack. There was dust on the bike as if it had been sitting for a long time in a garage, and the paint is chipped in some places. I am being delivered a new bike and will update.
