According to your add, I was buying a “Complete “ off grid system. I feel VERY CHEATED, I got 2 solar panels & a charge controller. No Inverter No Battery I feel VERY cheated ! I have been buys lot of your products in the past 2 years, but not any more unless they make this right with me.

A great system that you can count on it. The company is very professional and always send remainders whenever is going to be outages. Also, is there is a problem with the system, like I had and call I was walk through to fixed and also they sent a technician within an hour to verify that everything was working properly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid $600 for a battery that worked once. The customer service couldn’t be worse. They want you to try everything at home and will never take a faulty battery back. My battery sat over night and went down from 14.4v to 12.6V. What a terrible company to deal with.
