My home warranty made an appointment with Sears due to my dishwasher not working, the first technician Daniel cancelled his appointment while at my front door step supposedly due to a family emergency and the second technician John was very rude over the phone and was trying to cancel my appointment when the part needed for the dishwasher was delivered to my house. Then when he arrives he did not want to touch the dishwasher because he said that’s there protocol, well how is he suppose to repair it. They give you a service appointment between 8-5, they update the website with the arrival time and change it at last minute. Horrible service here in Raleigh NC. Will not use them ever again, The technician was grumpy and didn’t want to be there, like he wasn’t getting paid.

We purchased a wood storage unit from Northline Express because we were pleased with another unit we had previously purchased from them and needed more. This unit was exactly as described on Northline's website, came a day early, was easy to assemble, and solid in construction.

I love that this solar fountain even works on cloudy days! My other ones don't, so that's a huge plus. Repairs are simple, requiring only the tiny filters to be flushed away.

1st boiler service after last years installation, and we got the engineer to service our gas fire as well. Really satisfied with the service. Efficient and tidy. No fuss. Would have no problem recommending. We Use them now and so does our daughter.

The merchant unfortunately ruined their reputation by charging a 20% restocking fee, despite previously agreeing to refund it. Their reason was that 'the boxes look worn,' which is absurd since the products returned were in brand-new condition. They didn’t care about the products themselves, only that the boxes were torn during transport from California to Texas. Another issue to be cautious of with this brand is the ceiling cassette size, which is unacceptably large. I’m returning the two cassettes because their size is so huge that they would cover roughly 50% of my room’s ceiling—it's ridiculous. I’m not sure if this is common among all mini-split heat pump brands or just this one. I gave two stars because their customer service is friendly and knowledgeable.
