I made an error and accidentally upgraded to Premium in a defunct account. Rather than allowing me to transfer the subscription to my active account, you cancelled my old one but then did not refund the subscription fee. I then had to subscribe again under the new account. It’s so frustrating that you were not able to refund me, especially when I asked for the refund almost immediately after subscribing and clearly had two account. So now I have two charges for the services. Outrageously bad customer service.

I wanted to sign my daughter up for French classes and looked for my time zone, Jerusalem. It was not on the list at all, only Gaza . While I waited for an answer from customer service I looked into the site, its creators etc. found out that the cofounder and current head is sharing lies about October 7th, israel and hostages still kept against their will in tunnels. Outschool is about bridging gaps and finding a way for children to connect from everywhere in the world. How can it be that owner shares propaganda against the only Jewish state and repeatedly calls for its destruction by claiming all of Israel is occupied. I didnt sign my daughter up at the end because of all this, I forwarded it to customer service who assured me that they will take all the information into review. Just to make it clear, if he was against the war and called for peace I would have no problem, even would be happy to join and encourage her participation. But it’s no one sided that I can’t support him.
