This was my first purchase from Electronic Express and the staff was helpful via text and the price was so low I thought it might be a scam but it was not. The Samsung Bespoke fridge arrived within five days in Houston by truck in great shape and the delivery crew set it inside our front door. Surprisingly great experience. They will be my first choice for online shopping in the future,

I purchased a TV and sound bar. The TV was a 1 and done on display. I informed them the TV would be picked up 9/6 or 9/7. When the person's came on 9/7 the TV is still hanging up not boxed and ready to go. When the TV arrived it did not have the stand to hold TV. I called and inquired and was told it would be checked on and she was told to tell me it did not have a stand. Directions for TV showed a stand. Thank you Sherry for bringing me a stand on 9/11/24. I was not satisfied with the customer service.

Fantastic customer service! I got quick answers to a question on the product before I purchased it and it came to me in a couple of days. My only issue is there are multiple models with slight variations and it's difficult, if not impossible to figure out which is which by the product descriptions.

My biggest complaint is with the shipping company that was used to deliver my refrigerator. I got a call from them in advance to give me my window of 12pm-5pm the following day. Pretty standard stuff, except they didn’t show up until the day after they were supposed to. No communication about it. I asked the delivery driver about it and he just said he knows nothing. Then he simply left the refrigerator at my front door. Didn’t help take it inside the house. I guess I just expected more.

ordered dehumidifier , arrived quickly but did not function properly . Spoke with associate at Oak Ridge location , he had me another one in a couple of days. The return/replacement was quick and easy (in and out in less than ten minutes . New unit works excellent .
