So far so good, switching plans was simple and process smooth, if the bill is as low as the plan says it’s gonna be then great all around, but will wait til I see the bills.

It was easy on line, but that number you needed was confusing. On my old bill it calls it my account number while you called it a contract number. I thought you wanted my Duke account number. And who has a paper bill these days to look at?

Good Company To Deal With
Offer was clear with no hidden charges. There was a reasonable offer which kept for several weeks without an increase. I have dealt with Direct Energy before and they have always been a good company to deal with. My only complaint is that they don't make a great effort to keep customers once their contract expires.
