I was so happy with 4-Change energy the fist year my bill did not go over $250 The next year it keept going up more and more each month. My bill this month was $425.93 for a 1,900 Sq foot home. Then I saw there is a $ 132.19 delivery fee. Aug it was 89 July 106 June 74 may 53 April 49 what the hell is a delivery fee and why different fee I pay on line I get no paper bill my thermostat is always at 75 also I'm on a fixed income.

Signed up with Power Wizard with the understanding that the end result should be to SAVE ME MONEY. After doing so they promptly moved me to a different company not bothering to include any potential end-of-contract fees in their calculations. Now I am stuck with a $500+ cancelation fee from my original provider.

Inept from the start. Took out money by DD before they even took over the contract. Way overestimated my usage. Agreed to bill me monthly for what I used but haven’t. Won’t reply to emails and the phone number rings out. Useless. Don’t recommend. Nothing but a headache.
