dont understand the hate

so many reviews made me put off ordering from edkited as a international customer but so glad i did. i'm not sure why other people had bad experience. ill be so real im a 16 yr old girl i have nothing to lie about i live in australia my order came in 3 days from america and everything was great and well packaged. like i can see the cheaper quality side of things but its still super cute and comfy and one of the tops was actually good quality, the sunrise babydoll tanktop, really soft. def would recommend and order again

Placed an order only received partial…

Placed an order only received partial items as I read other reviews sounds like the same thing. So sad. I have tried to reach out several times by email but no resolution. I will need to take legal action so this does not happen again. I have given them a lot of business but no more. They need to do better. FYI I have never ever received a packing slip in my order.

Never received my order and impossible…

Never received my order and impossible to get support! I placed my order two months ago and have still not received my items. I never got a response when I submitted an “Inquiry” form on their site to request a refund. Horrible! Do not order from Edikted!

BEWARE IF ORDERING FROM THE UK!

BEWARE IF ORDERING FROM THE UK!

First time using Edikted as my daughter had seen a top and jeans she wanted. However the jeans are way too big. After printing the returns label, cost to ship was over £28 making a return too costly for one sale item.

Please consider this when ordering people!!

Would not recommend due to this reason.

they ignore customers emails

never received my order. when i emailed immediately after ordering to see if i could change to quicker express shipping they replied within a day saying no, however then when i emailed asking where my order is and for a refund they are not replying. i’ve emailed twice now and heard nothing for two weeks. its like they are choosing to ignore me. don’t buy from this company

You guys owe me like 300 dollars?

I ordered on August 28, about 10 days ago, paid 18 dollars for express shipping and my order has yet to arrive. When I check tracking it says the label has been created but the delivery company doesn’t even have my package yet. I sent an email to Edikted a couple days ago and they still haven’t responded. It’s really frustrating. I’m down 300 dollars.

I have reached out to Edikted on many…

I have reached out to Edikted on many platforms and emailed but still no response. I ordered over 500 dollars worth of clothes and only half showed up when the entire package was marked as delivered. I paid for express shipping as well as I need these clothes for college before I leave and there has been no update on where my missing items are and I want a replacement. It’s not fair for me to pay so much money for them not to come :/

So uncomfortable and cheap!

So uncomfortable and cheap!! You can tell edkited spend no more than 10p on the fabrics of the graphic sets its a thin, itchy material that rises up with each step i took.I have never worn anything so bad i couldn’t walk with it on i had to keep pulling the skirt down. This has let me down

package never arrived

The order number used for the tracking website did not work so I emailed and received a number for another website. It says the package was delivered to my location but nothing came and I did not get a confirmation email from edikted on the delivery. I payed extra for shipping protection.

Terrible!! No Costumer Service! Partial refunds!

Terrible!!! No costumer service at all! No costumer service phone number available and they did not answer my emails… i wanted to return a hoody ( that was suppose to be oversize and it was! Bit just as wide not at lenght! So short and large!) and when you ise their link for returns they refund only a part of what you spent ( hoodie was 44$ they refund me 28$) not recommended !!

No refund and lack of communication

Returned goods from the UK using a tracked service and can see it had been received by edikted. No refund and no reply to messages or email. Terrible service and very disappointed

literally ordered my package 8/8/24 :D…

literally ordered my package 8/8/24 :D and it hasnt moved anywhere and the tracking site has said "no tracking updates" the whole time. never gonna order from edikted anymore. i have sent 3 emails this week with no responses. my order was like 100 euros.

My package says delivered but never…

My package says delivered but never arrived and now customer service won’t respond to my e-mails for a refund. I had high hopes for my first purchase through edikted.

2 Weeks and still no fix :(

I ordered a pair of jeans, but received the incorrect item. I reached out to see if i could possibly exchange the jeans, and it took a week to receive a response saying I could either have a refund or the correct item. I replied the same day asking for an exchange, and it’s been yet another week with no response. I understand things are very busy especially with the volume of requests, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect timely customer service when I paid $40+ for a pair of jeans just to receive an incorrect thing.

terrible

i ordered a denim skirt and a belly chain on the app and the money came out of my account, my package hasn’t been sent and i didn’t get a confirmation email, therefor no tracking number. i can’t see the order in my order history as it isn’t there when i check. have sent a complaint on instagram last week and an email today had no response yet

Ordered almost a month ago and it still…

Ordered almost a month ago and it still has not arrived. Looked at where the package is and it says there is no updates. Messaged them via their website where it says they take up to 72 hours to respond, it’s been four days and I still have yet to get any response from them. Very disappointed and frustrated.

This is my fourth order

This is my fourth order. The first three went great because I kept everything. This last order I returned five items out of ten but they will only acknowledge I sent back three items. After countless emails I still have no resolve. As a good customer who has left positive reviews for this company it's very discouraging.
** After leaving this review my return was completely resolved by the next morning. So, Let's review what I did buy. Love the
Oversized boyfriend cargo jeans, Boyfriend cargo pants, Sweatpants and two sweaters. Tops run very small, pants true to size, shorts run small. The 5 items I returned were too thin/ sheer for me. As mentioned above the return process was not smooth. The items I did keep( 2 sweaters, cargo jeans, sweatpants) are nice quality and good fabrics. Be sure to check the fabric content under details on the item page.I bought things that were mostly 100% cotton. I waited until everything was sixty to eighty percent off before I purchased. They have sales constantly, So if it's not on sale just wait a few days and it will be.
** I sent back another package of returns since my original review and it was handled quickly with no issues. I'm also doing an exchange, so I'll update this if I need to. Though, as far as i'm concerned , they have completely redeemed themselves since my original review.
