Service here is unbelievable. We ordered in store and had the plant with the plant pot we wanted shipped to our apt. The first one we received was disappointing. It definitely has seen better days. They were so nice to rectify and resend a new plant! Very proactive in their customer service. I did have my eye on a few other ones, so I’m def going to be adding to my collection!

Amazing customer service every time I have needed help or had an issue. I’ve spoke to two different Mauricios, and they have both been extremely helpful. The plants are beautiful, and they really stand by their 90 day guarantee! The only thing I wish is that they had smaller plants/pots, or maybe even different designs, to be able to add more variety to my collection without disrupting my aesthetic. I don’t have room for bigger ones. Great company though!

The service team is the number one value driver behind easyplants. Without the help and attention of the service agents, my plants would have died on multiple occasions. Although some of the plants arrive in less than ideal shape, the service team provides all the tips and tricks to get the plants acclimated and in good health. Major kudos to the Service Team, without whom I would not be a repeat customer.

What a truly unique experience I've just had with your customer service reps - I had purchased 2 Ponytail plants and and one did not do well. My customer service representative walked me through sending photos to confirm and within minutes the situation was handled...kindly and warmly. :)

I ordered a set of plants as a housewarming gift for my son and his girlfriend. I also ordered a plan for me. One of my son's plants had something wrong with it and died almost immediately. After I sent a photo, easyplant immediately replaced that plant. It arrived Friday and is doing well. I feel as if easyplant can be trusted to stand by their product. And, of course, they are beautiful. I am a natural plant killer, but my own plant is thriving, thanks to easyplant's watering system and excellent advice on plant maintenance. Thanks, easyplant!

The BEST customer service. You can always get them on a chat and they have a person looking at pictures of your leaves and telling you how it’s going and giving you advice for the plant. Every time I interact with the team at Easy Plant, I’ve had incredible service. They seriously go above and beyond. Plants had a hard time during the shipping and they replaced it. No questions asked. There’s always somebody I can talk to to ask about the plants and the are always helpful and happy.

Their Plants are amazing and they have a large selection of different types and different ways of taking care of each one. Some you don’t even have to water for two months, which in itself is amazing. But the one thing that stands out the most, is their great customer service, anytime of the day or night!👍 They’re always willing to go above and beyond to help out with the care of your plants!

Customer service was good. Plants not so much. Too expensive to throw away good $$on plants that die. 3 died and I note they don't carry one that died any more. They replaced all 3 with 1 replacement that died. I am skeptical of this system. Sounds good on paper. I use a water Guage weekly to check plants, some are very wet. I fear this will cause root rot for the plants that dislike wet roots. One can partially fill the reservoir or water the top but then defeats easy care purpose of watering ease.

Most Amazing Plants! Plants arrive in perfect condition. The packaging is so secure, no soil spills and the plant looks so healthy. Simple to maintain, add water and watch it grow and thrive. Every plant I have received has continued over a year to thrive!

The anthurium was purchased as a birthday gift for a daughter-in-law in Denver.
It was delivered ahead of schedule
The packaging was great so no damage to the plant.
Best of all, the recipient "loved it" and said the flowers were vibrant and the leaves were shiny and healthy.
Rock on!!
