I want to thank the Mary and staff at Easy Auto in Rome, Ga and the guys in Murfreesboro, TN for making my experience the best I’ve had in buying a car. Mary and I corresponded for a few months. I finally found the car I was looking for and she made it happen. The stayed after hours to accommodate me because I live an hour away and my time zone is an hour behind them. Everyone was so helpful and went out of their way, above and beyond for me. They even arrange a loaner vehicle until I got my car. Great bunch of folks.

Find the car was simpl easy our salesman with fantastic course we paid way too much but I’m grateful he was able to get the car my wife wanted. The watch and everything on a video was stupid. but it since we took the vehicle home, we didn’t make it all the way home and parts are falling off the car and it’s like pulling teeth to get them to fix it.

The friendly and fast service, no hidden agenda , everything was clean and the employees wanted to get me in my truck, everywhere else had denied me, even those 100% guaranteed, every is financed places, I will return to Easy Auto every time I purchase a vehicle.Thanks Greg, was an awesome experience, and not just a vulture rodeo to sell you quick. I even changed my mind to a different truck and it was no problem.

Zach Cross was great. No pressure, made absolute sure I got into a vehicle I was comfortable with. Exceptional sales person. As for Easy Auto, 1500mi/30 day warranty, seven day return policy and financing no matter what credit issues you may have. I needed a vehicle and they got me in one. Totally recommend.

I had been denied at a few other car lots and was about to give up and work on my credit score. And then Jesse from Easy Auto text me and said that they still had the vehicle I was interested in and that I was approved and they would be delivering it to me that Monday! I was in disbelief my experience was incredible! Easy Auto and Sunrise credit are here to help people with less than perfect credit they also have really low down payments. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I would most definitely recommend Easy Auto to anyone that needs a vehicle. I am so grateful, I love my new to me car 😊

All I can say is Wow! Mark Bush was absolutely amazing! He knew and understood that I was in a time crunch for a car. He was extremely nice to chat with, and even though I couldn't come into the dealership, he stayed with me every step of the way. Even gave me different places to look for insurance. He went above and beyond and made this as painless as possible. Being treated like a human being was so nice. Not once did he make me feel like I was just a number, or another sale. He made me feel welcome, and cared for as a customer. I would absolutely go through him again and again for any cars I would need in the future. :)
