Culinary marvel...

Love the machine. I have purchased 3 other air fryers in the past and this is by far the best. In fact, I ordered a 7-in-one recently, but it doesn't 'hold a candle' to this so I'll sell it. I knocked it one star because it went on sale a day or two after I bought it, and I didn't get the benefit of that.

BEST FAN EVER! Easy to navigate website, timely delivery, simple assembly! I LOVE this fan! I have now purchased several for the different rooms in my house.

My update for the last review "Beware of DREO Return SCAM!!!". DREO did fully refunded my total purchase and the post office cost, well done.

They just need to have better communication with customer.

The fan came fast

The fan came fast. It is so quiet we sometimes wonder if it’s on but it is bc we can feel the amazing breeze.

First time buyer

This is my first time buying a tower fan and ceiling fan that both work either with a remote or by Bluetooth and I’m loving it. The tower fan can be programmed to run so it’s on when I get in on a hot day keeping my environment cool. It’s quiet and that’s a plus too. Ceiling fan is not up yet but my expectations are!

They do not provide support

My AC unit has an error code (EC 54) and isn't working properly. There's no mention of this code in the user manual or online, so I contacted DREO support on 6/27/24 (12 days ago) but have not received a single reply. I even sent in pictures of the error to the generated Zendesk autoresponder (which claimed "... we will get back to you within a business day"). No one is getting back to me to let me know what the code means much less how to fix it. Buyer beware.

Beware of DREO Return SCAM!!!

On (8/2/2024)

Mia (CSR) told me to send my fan back to their warehouse. So I did on my own and costed me ($12.40).

Email: "If you still want to return the fans, please return the product to the address below and inform me of the return tracking number."

Today (8/6/2024)

I received another email from DREO telling me they will send me a return label and deduct $4.99 from my original payment of $49.99 - I will get $45.

WHY THE HELL DREO SEND ME AN EMAIL NOW WHEN I HAD ALREADY SPEND $12.40 SHIPPED IT BACK ON MY OWN????

WHAT TYPE OF COMPANY DO THAT????
DREO SHOULD HAD SEND ME THE RETURN LABEL ON (8/2/2024) SO I DON'T HAVE TO SPEND $12.40?????

Overpriced and overrated fans

To be honest, these fans suck. I did a ton of research and read a ton of reviews and the Dreo tower fans had both good reviews and ratings. I've had the fans for a few weeks and even at the highest setting they barely push any air. In addition, the tracking for the fans showed "label created" for about 2 weeks then the fans just showed up. I did call and customer service wasn't very helpful. For the price of these fans I'd keep doing more reseach.

Well I had a swamp cooler

Well I had a swamp cooler that was 10 times larger then your Dreo and 100 times louder. But it is still 80o in my place and the Dreo does not cool it down but that little fan on it makes it fell much cooler and I like how quite it is. Thanks, Walter -- Redmond, Oregon
