I can’t say enough good things about this company. Mike was great to work with. Communication was wonderful and he worked with us through some issues we had with utility projects digging up our yard. I highly recommend using DogWatch. It’s made a tremendous difference for our crazy, escape artist dog!

As he always does, Dan came out and helped with what we needed - this time flagging the fence and training for a new dog. He’s great with dogs and people! I recommend Dog Watch of SE PA for hidden fencing both in and out.

For years the service provider has always been to busy to make repairs, so I learned to do it myself. Now I can't even reach them by phone or messaging. They don't respond. Even the voicemail is full; probably with hundreds of other customers they aren't assisting.

We've been a Dog Watch customer for nearly 4 years. Hoyt is our primary contact. He did an outstanding job installing the invisible fence, training our dog to stay within the fence boundaries.
Hoyt also handled a few follow-up issues including when the underground fence wire was accidently cut by a landscaping contractor. Also, recently we had an issue with the Dog Watch collar. Hoyt responded promptly and corrected both issues.
We highly recommend Dog Watch for outstanding product, service, and support.

She is remarkable at training and has even responded on a Sunday when our puppy had “broke out”— she tested our equipment and helped us solve the issue. Great company. Great service. Great company. They respond everytime we have a question... awesome to work with. Our second property with DogWatch. Our lab can use entire property without physical fencing, wildlife benefit having no physical fencing as well.

We’ve had Dog Watch invisible fencing for many years. I think it was installed in 2001.
Our dogs love the freedom the system gives them to run and play all day, every day. The BEST thing about it is the customer support and the lifetime warranty for the receivers.

Tim was out to measure and give us an estimate within just a day or two of calling him. Wasn’t long after that that the fence was up and functioning… Flags were up… And dogs were being trained by him. Very professional and personable. Runs his business well, highly recommend! It’s been so nice to just be able to let the dogs out the door!

I had my hidden fence installed 7 years ago. Haven’t had a dog the last 4 years. Recently added a dog to the family. Called & Jack came out and checked to make sure everything was still working properly. He flagged the property and showed my 14 yr old grandson how to work the collar and train the dog (I’m not physically capable).It’s been 2 weeks and couldn’t be happier. I trust her being outside without worry of her running off. Best investment ever to keep your dog safe.

One of the casings broke on our dogs collar. Jamie was very quick to replace it for us to ensure our pup stays within her boundaries. Very happy with the product, and very happy with the customer service.

Dogwatch fence has allowed our dogs to have the freedom to roam around our yard freely with no worries . We have owned the fence for 4 years now and haven’t had an issue ! Dog watch is great about calling to remind about batteries ( if not on plan ) checking in and answering any questions we may have . Would highly recommend :)

Just very happy with the fact that dog is safe and we don’t have to worry about him running away. Everything was done quickly very efficient and all questions answered. People that represent the company were available to check on equipment if any problems arise. Very happy with this company.

Mr. Paul Cobb listened to where I would like the parameters to be for the puppies and agreed to some and explained where and why it would not be conducive in other areas. He was pleasant, professional and not hurrying me to make final decisions. Overall I received the hidden fence areas that I requested. I am totally pleased thusfar!

Couldn't be more pleased with Troy's work; he is extremely knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, timely, and along with his team, very professional, friendly, efficient. A few weeks after install and a short training session, he followed up to make sure everything was to our liking. We finally feel safe having our pup roam around our property. Highly recommend!

The guys were able to come sooner than planned, which was excellent. We were amazed that, even though a downpour of rain began shortly after their arrival, the fence was in the ground and backfilled within twenty minutes. And while the fence was being put into the ground, the other gentleman was getting the collars ready and installing the electrical stuff inside the house. Much sooner than we expected, we were outside with our three naughty little dogs, getting our first lesson on beeping and zapping! We are about one month in, and even days after the install, we have much better behaved dogs. We usually try to tackle projects like these on our own, and we are so glad we went with DogWatch. It was and continues to be so worth the investment. We had a collar chewing incident, and the replacement was in the mailbox the next day even. I can't say enough how professional, efficient, and just what nice guys Steve and Randy are. They sure know what they're doing, and this has been a life changing experience for us. We are in Chautauqua County in New York State, which I'm not seeing on the location list!

Dan saved the day again! After major construction he came in and reconfigured our entire system in half of a day and our dog Miss Cleo is loving all of her extra space. From speaking with Jen and setting up the appointments and Dan completing the work on time (even with all of the crazy rain), they are a wonderful team. This was our second time using them and would not hesitate to call them again in the future if our needs change. And I tell all of my friends about them. They are one of the few companies these days that deliver exactly what they promise and in this case even a little more all at the quoted price. Thanks Jen and Dan! Our dogs were escaping the fence around our yard several times per week! Watch Dog invisible fence system has improved our lives tremendously in just the week we've had it! No more chasing down dogs or bathing them when they've returned from their adventures. Such a peace of mind! Donnie was WONDERFUL to work with. Amazing local company!
