This was my second order from Dog Tag Art. My first order was handled very well, received quickly, and was accurate. The same is true of the more current order. I didn't even have to think about where to order the new tag; my first experience was so excellent. The tags are exactly as described, accurate in execution, and shipped out really fast. The first tag shows very little wear after several years, but some of the info had changed, hence the new tag. I fully expect another good quality tag this time around!

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5: The tag is bigger than described. I put it up against a quarter, and it's larger than that. Even larger than the quarters of yesteryear. I should have gone with the smaller one, that's on me, so we're keeping it because it's beyond adorable, and can be attached to his harness so at least he wears it some of the time.

The site tools are great for making custom tag art, and they have always lasted for the life of our pets. Quality is superb and service is always fast. The one time I had an issue with my order getting lost in transit it was immediately fixed.

These dog tags are the absolute best. We just bought our second pair for our dogs to update our new phone number. After wearing them before we wouldn't ever purchase any other kind of ID tags. These wear well, they're lightweight and contain all the vital info. The tags we ordered are exactly as pictured and well sized. The pet information is very legible. They appear to be well made. The colors are bright and look very nice. We really like the ones we selected and look forward to them holding up to our active dogs.

The address I wanted to use exceeded the amount of letters offered on the form. I contacted customer service and they were ever so happy to accommodate my request and add the necessary letters before shipping the tag to me. This is a great looking and functional tag; if Obelixx 🐕‍🦺 manages to get lost, I now know he will be found.
