WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Sterling ran a background check on me and continually pushed back my start date for employment. Wondering why it was taking so long, I reached out to my future emloyer. They told me that Sterling was waiting for a county check that had been pending. Come to find out, the county check was in a county I had never lived in or been to. The best part is, the name that they were searching for was not even my own name. I called the county courts office myself and they told me there is nothing in their official database that has any record of me there. They told me Sterling runs their own search with their own database which is why they run into issues like this all the time. Because of Sterling and how unprofessional they are, I am still waiting to start employment and they said it could take another month. I have bills to pay and a child that is going to be born in December. Sterling is a completely unprofessional company and plays with people's livelihood. For companies looking to hire Sterling for background checks, STEER CLEAR!

The prescription the doctor sent to my pharmacy was not available, my pharmacy tried contacting the prescriber, I notified goodmd and was told they would get back to me. I never was contacted and I tried again to get this resolved, I never received any treatment, but I paid for it.

First time using an online health service!! Decided to try this particular company due to the reviews. I went to my primary doctor who couldn't prescribe a certain medication due to the fact she wasn't a dermatologist. I didn't want to drive in for a consultation for a medication I knew I needed and used before, so decided to give this a shot (explained my situation in detail). To my pleasant surprise, my request was answered in 14 minutes!! Depending on the complexity of the situation, it may take more reviewing so no guarantees, but especially for straightfoward cases its definitely worth it - saves a whole day and lots of money.

Do not go to this company if you want fast results. Initially a representative advised me that the process is 5 business days and that they send the at home test fed-ex and they provide a return through fed-ex. That did not happen it was a regular usps envelope and it took over a week for them to receive the samples. My date was then pushed back 4 times and I was notified the sample was conducted correctly. I then had the other party get the sample completed and they received it on Friday. Called in and they told me it was not received. This company is a scam here I am 1 month and a week later and still no results. They offered nothing as an inconvenience. This test cost entirely too much for these discrepancies to occur. I would suggest going in a clinic to prevent these issues. Never ever would recommend!
