I have been working with CitizenRemote for a year now on my DNV in Spain. My interactions with them have always been pleasant and informative. I was originally having trouble deciding between Portugal and Spain and the initial consultation provided me with the information I needed to make a decision. While there have been some hiccups with my visa process (mostly due to lack of clarity on the Spanish government's part and change in requirements), CitizenRemote has been there with me every step of the way to facilitate the process and the interactions with the immigration lawyer. Despite the issues that came up, Tim handled the situation professionally and we were able to come to a happy resolution. Besides their in-person services, the website is also a valuable resource. The visa information from each country is constantly changing and it's nice to have all the information in one place, in one language. It makes making choices as a digital nomad much easier. I truly believe in the work that Tim and the company are doing. As DNVs are relatively uncharted territory for most, their services make the immigration experience easier for people like myself. Oftentimes, it can be frustrating and confusing, so it helps to have someone walk you through it with genuine intentions to see you succeed.
