I have yet to be disappointed

I have ordered a ton from Cupshe and it always comes in a timely manner. I am always pleased by the quality, especially the swimsuits. Regarding pre-orders, they are quite good at keeping you posted about shipping dates. I have no problem recommending them.

Replacement Suit - satisfied

I am an older woman that probably shouldn't be wearing a bikini, but I have to say that it suited my slight frame very well. I felt sufficiently covered and I was happy that it wasn't necessary to constantly adjust. I was even able to do Aquafit confidently without losing my top.

When I originally ordered my bikini, it came in the wrong size. After a little back and forth, I was provided a replacement suit in a different pattern and color. The suit was better than I expected. I like that there is a ruffle to the bikini top that you can adjust to accommodate your size.

Commendable customer experience

The clothing is of good quality and nicely made. I love the little plastic pouches it comes in so very handy to use afterwards for wet swimwear.
The wrong size bikini was sent but the customer service team who rectified the matter were excellent. So quick and efficient some of the best service I have experienced! I have been recommending you to everyone!!!

great company, app needs improvement

The company is very reasonable in terms of service, returns and sales. Options are plentiful - there’s always something you want to purchase. The app however has crashed a couple of times after long periods of use.

Ups and down but overall good…

The quality of the clothing is only okay. Most of the clothing fits larger than I’d like and the return/exchange policy is a pain! Overall if the clothes fit they’re best and affordable!

Messy and unclear delivery timeframes and returns. Will not use again

Paid for express delivery for items to arrive in time for a holiday. Parcel arrived late and I advised I would be sending the entire order back on this basis. The returns process is a nightmare. I have waited over 28 days for a refund to them only receive a partial one which I have contested. The cupshe customer service team are prompt at responding and have since issued a further refund however the amount is still wrong and each return seems subject to additional fees and deductions without explanation. So far I am out of pocket for express delivery fees, returns fees and two lots of return postage even through order was returned in one go for an order that didn't arrive in the timeframe required. I guess you (don't) get what you pay for.

Parcel delayed

Purchased summer dress, paid for express delivery to get it before Holiday. Received an email that it is delayed, got refund for express delivery, dress came when I was on Holiday. Waist of time. I wish that I would buy that last dress somewhere else. If you can't guarantee express delivery, do not offer this service !

First time ordering and I was very pleasantly surprised with quality of swimwear. Great selection however it would be great to have some EE+ cup size options. Communication was great and when I returned some items was very happy with New Zealand address to reduce cost of postage and very quick refund applied

I absolutely love Cupshe

I absolutely love Cupshe! I have used them for years and have never received a bad quality product. I may not have personally liked how something fit on my body but if thats the case I have plenty of takers in my family who love them! Great bathing suits, dresses, sweaters etc!

Cupshe made it difficult to complete a…

Cupshe made it difficult to complete a return. I lost money due to the fact I couldn't find anything on their site that was worth the total amount. Therefore I lost money when I purchased something at a lower cost. Plus I still had to pay shipping. It doesn't seem to matter that, I the customer, loses money. I guess my loss is their gain. The entire system was hard to purchase and return. I will Never use them again.

Terrible customer service

I receive my order from Cupshe and it has a hundreds of ants and ants eggs inside the package! It was very weird and scary. And I have ordered from them before. When I reached out to their customer service, they asked me for a picture and a video of it. I said I was trying to kill the ants because they were big and its a lot and I am allergic to those bugs and trying to contain them so they don't spread inside my house because I have pets; grabbing my phone and taking a picture/video was not in my head at that moment. Then they promised me to refund me. But several months after they never did. My advice is, NEVER NEVER buy at cupshe . If you want their product, get it through amazon for easy returns and refunds.

Support, Style and Quality

The delivery date is within a reasonable time (5-7 days). Returns and refunds are easy.
...and since every thing is well written on the website, there's really no need to contact customer support.
Most clothes are true to size. Styles are super cute and quality made.

Quick delivery …

The order came faster than they indicated and the items were exactly as indicated in the picture. One suit did not fit and I was going to return. The return policy is amazing.
