Have had a good experience so far

Have had a good experience so far, apart from the last order where i received a size XL shirt instead of the size L i had ordered. But after Trying it on, it kind of looked good and not so oversize, so i had to keep it.
The delivery time is as communicated, such that there are no over expectations on when you are supposed to receive your order.
About the cloth pieces, have not yet had one on so far, but when i do and have a reaction in this regard, will come back for a review again.

Sizes were outrageously smaller than…

Sizes were outrageously smaller than anticipated. I ordered from Amazon 1 shirt as a test for a 5XL size - which went well. I then ordered 4 more shirts (5xl) from the manufacturer. Huge mistake! Shirts are easily 7inches or more smaller than what I got from Amazon and took over 4weeks for delivery. Never again…

Sizing

Sizes run small. Had to request a return as I'm a bigger guy and the largest sizes they had didn't fit. Not even close! Customer service was prompt and helpful. We settled on a half refund as sending it back would cost more. Would buy again, if they made stuff for big boys.

**BUYER BEWARE**

Took another chance on them after try #1 took one month to receive my order. On order #1, they gave the excuse that they met there posted standards of up to 17 business days for handling/shipping. 17 business days is a month.
So I tried them again. Bad mistake. After seeing that, after 8 business days, my order had not yet even shipped yet, I canceled the order for a refund.
If you’re willing to wait 1-2 months to receive your order, Coofandy is for you.

Wrong size delivered

I ordered first set of shorts & shirt and xl was perfect for me. I ordered second set of same clothes different color, same xl size...was sent L instead. Then I have to pay return shipping just to fix thier mistake.

Update from earlier review

Update from earlier review, the company finally reached out to offer refund after I reported to my bank. They did not request the clothing back. I appreciated getting the refund, but wish the process hadn’t taken weeks to sort out. Also, the clothing quality is not good (even bad for “budget clothing” expectation) , of course I only ordered a couple things so can’t speak to all that Coofandy has on offer but none had the same look and feel of the marketing photo. Despite not having to send the items back, I cannot wear them. Two stars because I did receive a refund eventually, but I had to remember to follow up with it a lot and involve my bank. The company emailed me back twice to update my review, I wish I had better things to say but this was my experience.

Do NOT order from Coofandy

Do NOT order from Coofandy! Their clothing looks nothing like what you see in their photos. The colors are not consistent with what you receive. Do not kid yourself. They charge you between $50-$80 for things you could buy for $10 or less. When you try to return something, they won’t let. Instead they offer to return a third of your money plus 20% of your next order. Whaaaaaa? Save yourself the trouble. Overrated dog waste.

I purchased two outfits from Coofandy…

I purchased two outfits from Coofandy both outfits did not look anything like it displayed. The clothing was much larger than the size it showed.
I am trying to return these items don't know how to go by returning the clothing. I did send to email to the company and got NO response.

I purchased 4 shirts from Coofandy. They differed from what I thought they would be so I requested information to return them. Coofandy sent the necessary info. Upon receiving the USPS tracking number they refunded my account promptly.

Delivery & shipping is absolutely horrible. Ordered from them on August 19th, still haven't received order. I will reverse the charge on my credit card and will never order from them again BUYER BEWARE !

The garments I ordered came through in a timely fashion. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the clothing. I ordered two lounge wear sets and I am delighted with them both. Very comfortable to wear.

Will definitely order again

Took a while to arrive, but that's understandable considering I live in the states. The material was comfortable and the fit was great. I wasn't a fan of my first purchase but Coofandy has redeemed itself in my eyes. Will definitely be ordering additional items.

Mistakes happen, but everything can be fixed

I had an issue with the sizes that i ordered and addressed the issue with the Coofandy team thinking i might find myself in an awkward situation BUT i have to say that the team handled the situation with quick responses and a very good solution that made me very happy. I honestly have not come across a business that respects its clients and itself like these guys do. Way to go Coofandy team!
