When I had a problem with the website and ended up placing my order twice by mistake, I was able to speak with a very polite supervisor who very nicely figured out me how we could handle the situation. And I love my shoes, which I now have in 4 different colors.

As a "mature woman", I like a classic shoe style. I've found that I can always depend upon Clarks shoes to deliver the goods. They're true to size, give all-day comfort, and they're a smart look whether I'm dressing up or dressing down. They're a well-made shoe that's made to last.

I wanted to return a pair of mismatched shoes I thought I had ordered from Clark Soes. I actually ordered them from another retailer. I appreciate the assistance of the person who checked for my June order. Apologies for my mistake.

Love the shoes and glad they finally arrived.- ordered two pair- both fit as expected and looked like the web site presented them. Only reason I only gave 4 stars was when I got the shipping notice with a tracking link I was told to expect them around a certain date and they came three days later. I was unable to tell from information provided whether there was a problem with the delivery (PO Box). I did reach out to Clarks and Fed ex to ask if there was a problem holding things up and never heard back before they arrived.

Never received package. Googled FedEx number (not an actual link) to find a picture of a location other than my address. Clarks link still says it's on its way with expected date in the past. Basically stole my money at this point. Emailed customer service twice and never heard back other than automated response verifying they got my email.

The salesman/manager who assisted me in the store was fantastic. I will be visiting that Clark’s location at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, North Carolina every time, versus ordering online.

The shoes I bought are to replace a well worn pair of Clark’s slides that are at least 5 years old, my favorite daily shoes. I was nervous the new shoes wouldn’t be as comfortable, but I soon learned the new shoes were just as comfortable as the old shoes.

I have too many pair of Clark’s shoes to count at this point. This pair is gorgeous and the the quality is always impeccable. They are true to size, which I always appreciate. I caught a promotion which was the icing on the cake . I need this pair in multiple colors so I will be keeping an eye on the site . I am forever loyal to Clarks USA.

I love these sandals SO much. I have them in 4 colors. They have structure and offer great support but are cushioned enough to feel comfy. They also clean easily so they look new forever.

I paid you folks for my shoes and I never received them! The tracker indicated that they should have arrived by 9-09-24 or 9-10-24. Today is 9-15-24 and still no shoes. Not sure I want to do business with you folks anymore! I am totally dissatisfied with your service!

The shoes look great and the delivery was much faster than expected. I love Clarks and I have been a fan for over 30 years. I have had many pairs of Clarks in my lifetime and consider them the best shoes in the World.
