I have been working with CitizenRemote for a year now on my DNV in Spain. My interactions with them have always been pleasant and informative. I was originally having trouble deciding between Portugal and Spain and the initial consultation provided me with the information I needed to make a decision.

While there have been some hiccups with my visa process (mostly due to lack of clarity on the Spanish government's part and change in requirements), CitizenRemote has been there with me every step of the way to facilitate the process and the interactions with the immigration lawyer. Despite the issues that came up, Tim handled the situation professionally and we were able to come to a happy resolution.

Besides their in-person services, the website is also a valuable resource. The visa information from each country is constantly changing and it's nice to have all the information in one place, in one language. It makes making choices as a digital nomad much easier.

I truly believe in the work that Tim and the company are doing. As DNVs are relatively uncharted territory for most, their services make the immigration experience easier for people like myself. Oftentimes, it can be frustrating and confusing, so it helps to have someone walk you through it with genuine intentions to see you succeed.

I had the pleasure working with Tim directly to discuss Visa options that matched my interests. He was so candid in his own experiences and very personable. I loved being able to speak with someone that could relate and also narrow down my choices! Using the Visa wizard was a breeze and kept things very organized in the process to obtaining my Visa. I was set up with a relocation expert in the country of interest and in a couple months I was holding my accepted visa in my hands and a week later; I landed in my new European home! Voila!

I have dealt with Citizen Remote twice in the past year both to get a health insurance for Dubai Nomad visa. The process is straight forward and helpful. I havent actually had to make any claims yet so I can't comment on that process. But you do get the visa.
Tim went out of their way to get me the help that i needed from the insurance firm.
Sometimes the chat doesn't get back to you but the emails are definitely answered.

Well, I achieved my dream! And they help me to find the best way to get my visa. However, there are some things that you would not expect in your visa application that you will have to resolve on your own. I guess this is normal. But so far, I am happy with the service I got.

My ordeal with CitizenRemote.com began in August 2022, when I embarked on the journey to secure a Digital Nomad Visa for Greece through their services. Little did I know, this decision would lead me into a quagmire of frustration and trouble, particularly with immigration authorities, due to inadequate initial paperwork provided by CitizenRemote.

Two years into the process, I am still without the promised Visa or Residence Permit. The constant reassurances and explanations about delays due to high demand and staffing shortages at the Ministry of Migration, while understandable, have not translated into any tangible progress on my application. The lack of definitive timelines and concrete updates has left me in a precarious position, both personally and professionally.

The situation took a turn for the worse when the initial documents supplied by CitizenRemote led to a troubling encounter with immigration authorities. This incident not only heightened my anxiety but also cast doubt on the reliability and competence of CitizenRemote's services.

Despite these challenges, my repeated requests for a refund, as per the policy outlined at the beginning of this engagement, have been met with silence and inaction. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is alarming and has eroded my trust in CitizenRemote.com.

I share my story as a warning to others contemplating the use of CitizenRemote's services for obtaining a Digital Nomad Visa, especially for Greece. The potential risks and uncertainties involved, coupled with my own negative experiences, suggest that entrusting your immigration process to CitizenRemote.com could lead to more complications than solutions.

Please proceed with utmost caution and consider other avenues that might offer more reliable and transparent services.
