He called Sep 4th to let me know my policy was approved and that I could expect the policy to arrive within 7 business days. Also let me know I could call him for any additional help I might need. Amazing fast response with no pressure. Did search on line and requested information and within minutes got email and text response back from Mr. Brian Barber. I was looking for an insurance policy for my husband and he answered all my questions. He gave me time to review the information and then we set up phone appointment for a convenient time for my husband to be home. Everything went so smooth with our telephone appointment.
