Asda is a great shop for most things but sadly when I walked into the shop early September in Golborne it was a depressing feeling with all the dark clothes. Why does everything have to be gloomy? Isn't it bad enough with the weather now for the next 5 months! I made my visit very short as i was glad to leave! . Please cheer us up Asda put some sunshine back in your stores! Sharon.

Extremely Disappointed with Delayed Delivery, Missing Item, and Poor Customer Service (Order USPA53408) I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from U.S. Polo Assn. (Order USPA53408). What was supposed to be a smooth shopping experience has turned into a frustrating ordeal.First, the delivery time was promised to be 5 days, but it took over 2 weeks to receive my order. This delay is unacceptable and already caused frustration.However, to make matters worse, one item— a hoodie— was missing from the package. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I only received one vague response stating that the item had already been delivered, which is completely false. Since then, I have followed up via email a week ago, and there has been no further response.The lack of communication and accountability is alarming. At this point, I don’t know what to do. I feel like I’ve been ignored and am left without my product or a solution.I expect an immediate resolution, including either sending the missing item or providing a full refund for the hoodie. This level of customer service is unacceptable for a brand of this stature. Please address this issue promptly, or I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I stumbled upon this luxury website few weeks back as I was having trouble browsing available options thru different websites for a particular brand, i could finally see all available options for the brand in a single place and place an order on this website. The item arrived before timeline and i felt happy with the experience, will definitely order again from the website in future.

UPDATE: Added another 3 stars (not 4 because it came late) as they replied finally and refunded me. Happy with the outcome, will continue ordering from them as these are ones of the nicest kids clothes with good quality. INITIAL REVIEW: It is not the first time I ordered, I used to be very happy with them until my last purchase. I had an order supposed to arrive in February when we were away, changed the delivery date with UPS on after the arrival, just to get a message with package delivered on initial date. I have complained to UPS first, they said they notified DPAM on the loss of the package, I have filed for complaint with DPAM times myself and no answer received in 2 months. There is no other way to contact them besides the online form, disaster!
