The clarity of your site and the ease of booking my flight. I've been trying to buy this ticket for 2 days. I had selected these flights via another site at $488. When I clicked on Buy (or whatever), a message came up that the fare increased --- in 15 minutes -- to $597! I do 't how I lucked up and connected with your site tonight but YAY!!!

It was fairly simple only prob as an elderly person is trying to be able to print off tickets from my computer from the confirmation page however that is my own issue not guru

Didn't realize I booked under Basic (the lowest choice) economy. Didn't know I was put on standby. More information would have been nice. I was waiting for a confirmation or check-in notice. Good thing I called airline the day before my scheduled flight, they saved my day and I had my 2 seats confirmed.

my experience was great, because it was easy to choose the flight I wanted. It was not so great as I could not select my seat with exact number. I needed a 31E seat. It did not show the map of available seats on the plane.
