The agent was very helpful and polite
I'm only sorry that you are closing my my account at the end of this month. One of the reasons I opened the account was because they may such an issue about monitoring fraudulent charges yet that is why they are closing my account. I didn't make the charges so they shouldn't punish me for the charges going through.

Each and every time I call in to speak…

Each and every time I call in to speak with an agent I am put through fast and they all ate well trained in thier jobs and I can expect to have ananwer right away they all go above and beyond thier job duties and thay us why I will be with this company for many years

These people are professional they are…

These people are professional they are curtious they seem to actually care about the customers and they ask if there is anything else they can before they say goodbye and always wish you a great day.

When Charlie contacted me abou

When Charlie contacted me about direct deposit for my SSA check he made me promises about early pay and earning extra money. It's all true I have received my check 3-5 days early every month since I signed up for direct deposit. And he always lets me know about fraud issues. Everything that he has promised it shows that he is trustworthy and it's a great company to be involved with. Thank you Charlie for inviting me to be a member of your family.

Having online banking without a brick n…

Having online banking without a brick n mortar bank makes banking difficult . There's no checks , no deposits other then direct deposit and the limits they set on monthly withdrawals makes it impossible to spend your money freely . They say its for my protection but is it ? I got stranded 2 states away while traveling because I reached my 5000 monthly withdrawal limit leaving me w no available cash on hand for the remainder of my vacation .

Budget Saver

One of the biggest issues I encountered on receiving Social Security was the monthly payment dates, changing every month, and for me coming in the middle of the month. Paying my mortgage on time was a juggling act. Now I request my money the the third, the mortgage etc. is automatically deducted, and I am in control. Thank you Charlie!

The only thing needs to be improved is customer service pick up the phone talk to your customers that's the only improvement Charlie needs to do for me

I tried to set up my phone bill with…

I tried to set up my phone bill with autopsy using Charlie card and it said my account was no good and it had been closed…. Am expecting a direct deposit by the 31st and do not know what the problem is???? Called Charlie last night and couldn’t get through using my card number! What is going on???? I’m going to have to do something today to make sure I receive my deposit!!!!

Love it!

I had this Account for several months now. I find it absolutely awesome. Customer service is great, receive my social security days before the 3rd and earn interest. There should have been something like this for people over 65 a long time ago. Would recommend them to anyone!!

All I can say about my experience since…

All I can say about my experience since I switched to Charlie is that they are marvelous, and outstanding with there service, and with what they offer on they service. I have no regrets, or anything thing negative to say and the services they offered me. My SS check reaches exact on the day they say it suppose to arrive. 👍👍👍👍👍

Need a deposit location!

I use a Target location to remove money but it won’t let me deposit even tho it says it will. Need to be able to deposit!

Also I would like to be able to call if I have a question but not able to find a customer service number.

Very professional

Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They are compassionate and understand that when you’re over 62 you need a little extra time to sort out complex directions so they’re very patient. I also enjoy various ways to lock down and selectively, locked down the account to prevent scammers compromising the account highly recommend Charlie. Charlie is my friend for life..

Charlie made my review awesome for them…

Charlie made my review awesome for them Charlie is a wonderful place for my banking. I know that I can count on them to protect my account and I don't have any fees except whe I have to use an out of network ATM. And sometimes I feel like I am being double charged because their fee matches the ATM fee.

Charlie is a very cool and efficient…

Charlie is a very cool and efficient way to mange my money. I can even send in my rent checks, cruise Amazon, pay bills via my debit card and more.
The best feature is I receive my funds early as advertised. Their customer service agents are easy to understand and very helpful.

I'm so grateful that l found Charlie

I'm so grateful that l found Charlie. They really have my best interest They have protected me against fraud and when it did happen to me they got my money back to me within 48 hours. The customer service is just amazing! I know exactly the date l will receive my social Security check and it's early and exactly when they say. Finally there's a place for people over 62 that really cares about us and protects our money and us. Thank you with all my heart thank you.

Identity Fraud they went above andf beyond to help

Recently, I was a victim of identity theft and identity fraud; Charlie//financial helped me set up a new email address and protection so that no one could compromise my account or my social security check in the future.
The last anything of mine had been compromised the financial institution left it up to me to fix the problem. Charlie has gone above and beyond by helping me feel more secure then any other institution ever has.
