The people giving these boxes positive reviews must be fake - the items in the box continue to be cheaply made shirts, plastic items, etc. The cat toys can be purchased for $1 at most Dollar Stores. I love to collect cat items so will "retry" this subscription service occasionally hoping items have improved for the price that is paid - they have not. You do not get to pick the items like with other subscription box services - you get what they send you. I end up giving a lot of the plastic items to Goodwill.

Every month is a delightful surprise. I love my t-shirts & the occasional sweat shirt. Some things like measuring spoons, drinking glasses, cat shape vases,earrings, cat dishes, umbrella & towels. My cats always enjoy the two toys every month. Many people comment onto these items and always says it's from my cat lady subscription box.

I have been getting the Catlady boxes for many years. There are always cute and interesting cat related items in each box. My cats love getting two new toys every month. Their customer service is also extremely responsive and happy to make right any issues I may have (there haven't been very many issues that needed resolution on,)
I would highly recommend Catlady boxes to all cat lovers.

I always get compliments when I wear the super cute shirts that come in the boxes! Each Cat Lady Box includes a new fabulous cat shirt or Hoodia, and a few adorable and useful household items or accessories. You can even add toys for your cats! Everything I have received over the years has been high quality, reasonably priced, and unique.

All of the items are of excellent quality! The shirts are super soft, true to size, and durable. Nothing is plastic unless it's truly supposed to be- otherwise items are wood, cloth, metal, ceramic, or porcelain. Only one time the screen print on a water bottle was smudged, I made a passing comment about it in the monthly feedback survey and they sent a new one to me, no questions asked! Anytime I've emailed customer support I'd get a response from an actual person within a day and seem thrilled to help with any questions or concerns. The only complaint (from my cats) is that the toys are bigger than they'd prefer to play with.

First, this box is reliably amazing every month. The shirts are fun and comfy, the other goodies are useful and not cheap trinkets, and my cat loves the cat toys.

Second, their customer service is amazing. They’ve helped me out with a few minor issues, and their response has always been speedy and friendly. I have never left an interaction with them feeling dissatisfied.

I honestly can’t think of a single negative thing to say about CatLadyBox. I get comments on my shirts all the time, and I always recommend them unreservedly.

Each and every box is unique. The shirts are soft, the cat toys are always so cute and you never know what cool items you might get. I am always receiving compliments on my shirts. I have ordered extra items from past bixes during the add-on sales for gifts. I really appreciate how CatLadyBox asks for suggestions for future boxes and actually listens to their customers. Each box is a special treat that I look forward to every month. The items are always so cute, and make me smile! From wine glasses to sun glasses, flower vases to travel essentials, those wonderfully creative t-shirts and more! Every box is a delight and they donate to several cat rescue organizations every month as well. The Cat Lady Box is money well spent.

I've tried numerous pet subscription boxes. NONE beat the value of Catladybox. Numerous years, and theres never something I or my cats don't like. And when there has been an occasional issue, they have the best customer service by far.

I love that while the boxes are themed, you never know what you're going to get. It's not just an awesome t-shirt each month- there's jewelry, houseware items, towels, umbrellas, drinkware etc. It's never predictable. Each time the styles will be different, but I've never gotten anything that I couldn't use or didn't love.

Their customer service is top notch. I've received boxes with broken items and there are times boxes have gone missing and I haven't received them at all. Quick and easy communication and I either got a credit or another box on its way.

One of the best box subscriptions I’ve ever used. What I like about Catladybox, is that it’s a box for you and your pet instead of just for one or the other. They have useful products for pet parents and toys my cat loves. I’ve been receiving Catladybox for years. They also offer excellent customer service and have fun marketing.

I love Cat Lady Box. I have been a box recipient from the very beginning. Each month it's so exciting to see what that month's box will contain. Always fun, clever, unique items. But above that, the Customer Service is fantastic. If you have any issues, they are responded to effectively and courteously. For cat lovers and as gifts for cat lovers, I highly recommend Cat Lady Box!

What a fun subscription box! I look forward to the surprises every month. My Cats love their toys and I love the tees, pens, glasses, blankets, cat ears, mugs, baseball caps, lunchboxes, towels, jackets, ect… I’m never let down with the fun, pretty items in the box. I've been subscribed to CatLady Box for several years now, and I love the variety of items I receive. My cats love the toys, and my favorite items are the kitchen accessories from the baking box! The tumbler from the Orange Cat Box this month is also super cool and solid.

Love opening our Cat Lady Box every month (when I can get into it before Joy does)! Always enjoy the tee shirt, cat toys, and surprises I never thought I needed but put to use immediately. Keep them coming. I’ll figure out where to put the boxes, I mean beds, somehow!

Each box contains a wearable item that is always AMEOWZING! And there’s always 2-3 other items for the cat lady that’s PURRFECT for the household or other activities. And if you order the Crazy Cat Lady Box you’ll get two toys for your kitty. My kitties recognize the box when it comes and reach inside for the toys before I can get everything out! lol
