Just a very easy, pleasant experience overall. I initially spoke to them on the phone while negotiating the sale of the car and receiving an offer. The call took approximately ten minutes in total. When I arrived at their location to finalize the deal, everything went smoothly and exactly as we discussed on the phone. The entire process- including wait time, took less than thirty minutes.

The people I initially spoke to were fine but the tow truck driver was really wonderful and he smoothed everything out, paid me, smiled a lot, and managed to hook up my van from a tight spot expertly. Overall, it was very professional.
I had spoken to other similar companies but for some odd reason, they didn't follow through repeatedly.

Every staff member we dealt with was on top of the status of our sale. We received prompt and swift responses to our questions.
However, better information about when the tow truck would arrive could have been shared especially if the window of time given was not going to be kept.

First time user. Pleasantly surprised. Very simple when you have the title in your hand. All supporting team members helped. Most had clear understandable English.

I was hesitant about doing something like this as it was a new experience for me. These guys made a good offer for my vehicle and everything was very streamline and easy. They has the car towed the very next day and the driver stayed in touch with me about his arrival time.

The amount of time on the phone with 3 different people and repeating all the same information several times was INSANE! That is really my only complaint. It seems like none of your systems are synced since I gave all the information verbally and via email for the file to each person I talked to. Also, I was on hold or just waiting for the computer to "not be slow" a record amount of times - and I am the owner of a collision center on hold with insurance companies all day long!!!

Emailed the company, didn't here anything for 2 to 3 weeks. When I finally have someone get in contact with I am spammed everyday till I decide to take the offer. From there everything went well with everyone one I spoke and dealt with, until payment. I guess there was a glitch in the system and its been 3 weeks since my car was picked up and I already reached out to mention the payment problem. Hope your experience is smoother than my.

Makes selling a hard to sell car or truck easy and stress free. They walk you through the entire process and set up towing times that fit your schedule. The cash offers seem to be very fair and marketable. One improvement would be to make sure that there are no language barriers at the time of exchange. In this day and age there are a lot of scams, and when you are handing over your vehicle and clear title to a tow truck driver, it felt risky and I did not feel confident handing over my property to someone who did not speak English at all. I received a hand written check after the first one he misspelled our name and wrote another. Then we had to anxiously wait 5 business days to see that the check cleared. Would have been easy to take our vehicle and issue an invalid check.
Mind you this is no reflection on the service. Everyone from start to finish acted in a polite and professional manner. I just feel that improving these minor issues will improve customer confidence.

Overall, good review. However, the guy who picked up the car thought we should have gotten a little more money. Make sure C4C knows that it does start and run. Also, if you choose to Review, Trustpilot is gonna make you write words to end the survey instead of just giving Stars.
