My experience is always really good. I find prints that I love it protects my phone and it has warranty. I just wish that the warranty applied to every aspect of it whether it’s lost, damaged, wear and tear or if you’re changing over to a new iPhone. I feel we should be able to do so as long as the warranty is active.

My son has purchased 2 cases in the past from this website. I had a hard time justifying the prices as I work at a phone store and can get good ones discounted for way cheaper. The insurance claim had changed the device they were sending so I had to request alterations. After my interaction with Mona I will only buy our cases from this company as well as refer my customers as well. Thank you for being so kind, patient, and attentive.

The ability to customize the case is something novel and helpful in a world of sameness. While I just ordered the new iPhone 16 pro max along with an Apple case, I’m tired of having a phone just like everyone else. There are so many options here, and so glad I’m able to carry the phone like a camera or a cross-body bag.
I didn’t realize that I could customize the case until I read the review on Apple Insider. So I provided feedback, and hope they can make the necessary adjustments with my order without too much trouble.
I appreciate the risk this company has taken to create something different. I’m looking forward to having this to enable me to enjoy my phone more knowing it’s protected!

I registered last night the offer of 10% off never got sent to my phone as requested I tried again this morning initial msg comes through nothing after that.. I ended up just purchasing the case at the full price with no 10% off for joining

I’m in the process of upgrading my iPhone after five years. In 2019 when I purchased my previous phone, I purchased a Casetify cover. Despite dozens, if not hundreds of drops of occasions when I dropped it, the phone was never damaged.
Of course, I’ve purchased another stylish and robust cover for my new iPhone.

I believe it is unfair to market 'new user 10% off' when the voucher is not avaliable for new products. If a new customer like me wants to buy a case when new iphone drops, most likely I am buying a case for the newest model. Now I signed up for all the marketing email and text and even linked my phone number, but I can't apply the voucher.
I didn't even get the voucher code email.

If you make a mistake when paying for a purchase, it is difficult to cancel.
There are many restrictions when receiving and using a discount code, so it cannot be used practically.

I would not recommend the lens protector. The cover is very fine glass which easily breaks. It is not easy to remove once damaged and I cut my thumb on the glass. This was after 6 weeks - refund was refused and they instead offered a discount. I don’t actually need another case so no use to me. No acknowledgment that the cover is stuck on my phone and that it’s cut me,
The phone cases are ok - lasted around 12 months before the rubber came away from the edges and the case needed replacing.
Unlikely I will buy from here again. Will buy from UK where additional buyer protections are in place.

So many hoops to jump through to get 10% off on first order - had to sign up for bulls**t advertising and Never received discount code and had to pay full price.
Make the process simpler, if you want to offer a discount code to your customers do it with 1 click. if you don’t want to, then don’t.

Signed up for an email 10% off first order and did not receive the discount when I clicked on the link from the email when making purchase. Searched another 15% off coupon and it said that it was successfully applied but it did not reduce the price.

There is an amazing selection of cases available. I had a hard time choosing one! The only issue I had was that it is not really searchable by topic. I found several cases that were available that matched the topic but weren't displayed when I performed a search. With the large number of available cases this made finding that perfect case take longer than it needed to.

I love the quality and look of CASETiFY. I am a returning customer and have nothing but good things to say about the durability and great style. The reason for 3 stars is I chose to customize my case with a photo grid and it literally took me 4 tries before it finally worked. Every time I would hit the “done” button, it would bring me back to the beginning again. It finally worked, after nearly 3 hours, but I’m sure it will look amazing!

Already bought 2 case from Casetify. 1 for my Iphone 14pro and 1 for my Z Flip 6. Iphoone 14pro impact case was great but for my Z Flip 6 its slide down little bit when i installed my lanyard at the bottom from my phone. Hopefully Casetify can improve the design for Z Flip 6 and maybe can put cover/protection at the Z Flip hinge also.
