They have no communication in their business! Multiple did I call and try to get ahold of a man by the name of Christian Robles. He would email me I would call and always get told he’s out of the office he would call me back. I have yet to hear from I’m him over than via email or text. I finally got ahold of the partner company who was supposed to come get the vehicle(extreme cars for cash). They also have an issue with being honest and picking up the vehicle. TJ(extreme cars for cash) told me for a solid week he was coming finally showed up on day 9 at 7pm and then said he couldn’t tow it he needed a roll back. He has then asked me to remove carbrain from the situation because they charge him $100 to pick it up and he would be losing money. I have been trying to get this vehicle picked up for 3 weeks now and still unsuccessful.

Easy, straight forward and no nonsense. Sent the pictures and information they asked for and they had me schedule a time to pick up my non running truck. The towing company showed up with a check and took the truck.

The process from start to end was easy and ran smoothly. I was able to arrange a pick up and driver was running about 30 min late. But that's to be expected during morning rush hour. Once he arrived it only took a matter of minutes to complete the transaction. I left with check in hand. Costumer service was concise and well mannered. My questions where answered in a timely manner.

Awesome experience with CarBrain. Easy transaction. Samir our Associate Buyer was excellent! He was in communication all the time. Tow Truck arrived on schedule, they inspected the car and in less than 10 minutes you have cash on your hand. Note: Always have car title on hand.
