From start to finish purchasing from the English Tea store is easy. My only wish you folks had more flavors of black tea that is decaffeinated. Being allergic to many ingredients in herbal teas- have more decaf choices would be wonderful.

I'm writing this despite a host of problems with the courier delivery. I know Lindt are going to resolve it and I will eventually be a happy bunny with Christmas presents that I ordered from them - but I'm not a happy bunny today, having come home from work to find my two parcels of chocolates delivered to me and left in the pouring rain on top of the dirty lid of my dustbin (see photo under my name) (Courier responsible DHL Parcel UK AND this is for the SECOND time in less than 2 weeks). I ordered chocolates for Christmas a little earlier than usual this year thinking it would be a wise move but, despite two separate orders and two separate deliveries I'm yet to receive any chocolates I can give to anyone because DHL are truly abysmal. I have a garden shed for delivery when I am at work but the DHL drivers both times have just left my boxes outdoors and in the rain on both delivery occasions now. However, Jim in Customer Service at Lindt has been absolutely stellar. He has replaced my 1st order of chocolates (apparently 3 times although I have only had 2 deliveries) and I know he will sort this when he sees the photos I sent him this evening. Whenever I have phoned him he has called me back and I can't fault his swiftness in the speed of arrangement of replacement shipments being sent. Eventually I know I will get what I've ordered and paid for and he will ensure that. However, thanks to DHL it hasn't happened yet. Tomorrow I will call him and try YET AGAIN to get these items delivered to me. This time I will pay for a Saturday delivery and delivered into my hands personally dry and suitable for gifting. Todays parcels were just sodden and all contents damp so would be unwise to be consumed. If your ordering chocolates do the same and bite the bullet on the cost. All problems would go if Lindt would just use a better courier company. DHL is destroying their company reputation completely and Lindt should tear up any SLA they have with them. Lindt do not ever stint on chocolate quality; its high time they also did the same with their courier and appointed a decent one before their reputation is sullied beyond repair. UPDATE: DHL will be used no more. Royal Mail parcels are taking over the delivery business in about 6 weeks. I will be able to reorder safe in the knowledge I will get what I paid for for Christmas and so can everyone else. Well done Lindor for listening.
