What made my experience great was the product that I purchased at a very reasonable price, shipping the tires flat, not tied in a knot as some vendors do, and the follow up emails from Cambria Bike tracking the shipment of my tires where FedEx fell flat on their face!

The shipping is fast and item received as expected. I think I even called the store to ask about information and they were quick to answer. Folks are good and reliable. I recommend buying from them when they advertise stuff for sale or even if you are just buying stuff at regular price.

I received my bike promptly, and it was in pretty good condition as far as the packaging. I had a few issues to work out but customer service was super helpful Handled them quickly and efficiently. Couldn't be happier

The Leatt knee guards fit my kid like a second skin. They were very breathable and super comfortable. They didn't leave rashes like so many others do. The protection was superior when we accidentally face planted off a boulder.

Great packaging of my Niner WFO. My only noteworthy comment would be to put a plastic insert between the front brake pads in case someone pulls the brake lever before the front tire is installed. Otherwise a quick and easy setup.

This is not the world famous huge online order processing company we are all familiar with, you need to know that when you order because the processing and shipping takes longer than it does with that other huge company. I, like many others I suspect, have been spoiled by the speed of the mega-online retailer and after ordering and not getting an email with shipping updates I hit the reviews on the forums hoping I hadn’t just contributed to a scammer online company! The forums helped but I still fired off a non threatening email asking for an update- which was answered promptly and courteously, I was informed and kept abreast of the progress. Their customer service was very good and I would order from Cambria again without hesitation.

I recently order new road bike shoes and a two bicycle hitch bike rack and the website was user friendly and made my shopping experience easier and the items were delivered in less than a week. This is not the first time shopping from Cambria bike shop, and it’s not going to be the last one. Love their prices!

Placed an order on 8/18, received shipping notice 8/20 and the tracking has not updated since as well as no delivery. Cambria says they can't help me since the post office has my package but there is no proof of that.

We apologize for this customers experience. We have let him know that once packages are handed to the carrier we have little to no influence on the package. We also let him know at the time he reported this to us we will be contacting USPS to submit a missing package claim. USPS is the responsible party for the package once we hand the package off to them and we need to allow them time to investigate this claim before we can offer further assistance. If USPS can locate and deliver the package they will do so, if the package is deemed lost and not able to be recovered by USPS we will be able to offer assistance for this customer.
Bike arrived as described, can’t beat the pricing, timely delivery, will order again and my go to online bike shop!

I’d never heard of Cambria Bike before now. I have to say that I’m very impressed with them. Their web site is easy to navigate, ordering was painless and shipping was faster than expected. The item I ordered was on sale at a great price and was in excellent condition upon arrival. I’ll definitely shop with them in the future.

These guys are extremely amazing as far as I’ve experienced. I’ve only made a couple purchases but they arrived very quickly and the communication i had with them was top notch. My bike came with a dork disk installed but i took it off and will need to tune the gearing a little probably, but that’s no biggie.
