We had a great experience with Monish…

We had a great experience with Monish Rai. He was extremely professional, kind, patient, and very competent. He listened to our needs and tried to accommodate what we were asking for. He was knowledgeable about all of the products that he was talking about. He was able to answer our multiple questions, sent us pictures, and was emotionally helpful with walking us through our decision-making process. He was also extremely responsive to our calls. We felt heard and cared for. He treated us like we were family or very close friends that he cared about. Monish is a "Super Star" within his profession!! We would highly recommend Monish Rai to anyone and would absolutely call him again in the future.

Take the money and run…

Good and prompt service until I paid for the ticket. Then the ball was dropped entirely. Fx despite requesting multiple times that my Platinum frequent flier number was inserted when ticket was booked so that would get good seats, - he did not do it. Result was that on the 7 international flights I got terrible seats, such as middle seat in middle isle. Even on biz class I got bad seats. When I mentioned it to him he did not really care nor do anything about it. Take the money and run is the mode of this outfit.

Hasan was great in that he offered me…

Hasan was great in that he offered me many options, rather than just giving me one, as other consolidators have done. He worked with me until I found a flight that would work for me and was very patient. I appreciated his expertise. Will contact him again when I need to book an international flight.

Help during last minute delay and rebooking

We had a delay of 12 hours of a flight by the Airline a few hours before the departure. Bruce Goodman helped us figure out a new route so that we could land via an alternate route without the change being exorbitant nor very late as we were coming for an event.

Good experience

Roger Andris was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would like to defer the actual review until after the trip just in case we have to use the service before or during our trip. So far it’s been a good experience.

Jaden was absolutely amazing!!!!!

Jaden was absolutely amazing
I have used him several times now, and I will continue to use him as I travel across the world. My life is very hectic and difficult and I have to make changes sometimes two or three times prior to me leaving. Jaden always manages to find what I need and provide me with the customer service that I had a travel agent. You guys need to give him a raise🙏

Quick and professional

Immediate response within minutes, get your information and assign you an agent, who promptly finds your flights within the parameters. Went further to match competitors and went down an additional amount. No pressure. Smooth and easy. Austin was great and provided what I needed. Hope the flights and airlines are as good as he was. Understands and delivers.

Highly recommend!

I worked with a great agent, Ben Ryder. Mine was a complicated trip with several locations and tight connections. Ben took the time to find me a great deal on premium airlines. When we thought we had solved the puzzle he kept digging and found something even better. My savings were substantial compaired to what I found going through the airlines. Highly recommend.

Expedient and advantageous!

It is easy to find the right flight, with the help of filters and the excellent calendar showing day by day prices to choose the dates of departure and return. I like the selection on upgrade packages.

Terrible onboarding experience

My booking started off on Kayak but ended on business-class.com without explanation. Next, my credit card was declined, forcing me through a complicated verification process that ended with me having to call a number where nobody picked up. Terrible experience, but in the end I got my ticket, so I hope things will get better from here.

Responsive and helpful

I booked a RT flight between the US and a small airport in SE Asia from June 2-August 31. I usually fly a US carrier and its affiliates on a route that entails a long layover. Searching for a better alternative, I came across Booking-class.com, which offered a better itinerary at a good price. While in SE Asia, one of my return flight segments got canceled, but B-C.com promptly notified not only of the cancelation but also the revised itinerary -- which was better than the original. Throughout the original booking and subsequent change, B-C.com was consistently responsive and helpful.

I feel fortunate to have a customer relationship with my agent, Seymour. I can state he has gone beyond my expectations to provide me with the best costs and effective options during my past travels. Here again, he provided me great service. He is the first go-to travel agent I contacted during my world adventures. Yes, there has been a few hiccups in our past, but when they occur, Seymour makes every effort to find a solution. My desire for international travel destinations remain high. Of course the pricing is excellent

Of course the pricing is excellent, but the real benefit was working with Jonathan Corominas. Was very kind & Professional. Because of my schedule and sometimes hard to contact. Jonathan persevered and kept me advised every step of the way. Contacting me at times that I know we’re convenient for me and not very convenient for him. The only thing I wish I could do, is to print out the entire schedule. I will be leaving for New York a week prior to going to Glasgow and I will not have access to a printer.
