As with my previous purchase, they ensured I was going to receive exactly what I wanted. My tennis bracelet is gorgeous and sparkles beautifully. I also really appreciate the clasp on the bracelet. I’m an experienced diamond buyer who was very impressed with their premium lab grown selection. I appreciate having visual tools like the Aset, different lighting videos, and GIA/AGS reports available to make my decision. I just wish they had greater magnified views like JA. They were fast on shipping and to my surprise, included a nice Ideal scope to view the hearts and arrows! The stone I picked performed beyond my expectations and at a great price.

Fortunately Gavin had the necklace in stock that matched the Kalim earrings I bought on sale from a jeweler near me that retired. The manufacturer no longer has a US distributor. I lucked out and Gavin shipped the necklace to me. The s&h was more expensive than I would typically spend but felt it was worth it.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Brian Gavin! I looked into making my ring with many different vendors, from local jewelers to big online retailers and even some designers in NYC. Brian Gavin diamonds felt like it offered the best of all worlds; a personal experience with the ability to customize detail, a large selection at a good price, and the highest quality of diamonds and craftsmanship. I worked with Katie who was extremely meticulous and kind. She was very invested in the outcome of the ring and made the experience feel very personal. Through several calls and emails, she helped me find the perfect diamonds, and even design a custom piece. Although I was picky on details, Katie worked with me until we got the piece that was exactly the way I wanted it. This included mimicking some tricky design details I had seen online or in Manhattan. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

A customer service rep reached out to me after leaving a lab diamond in the cart without checking out.
I appreciated the professional and courteous e-mail.
After asking her opinion about that stone and several others, she made a completely different recommendation that I decided to purchase.
Arrival was prompt from FedEx and the lab diamond, WOW. It is gorgeous and at the jeweler today for setting. I was happy to replace a moissanite stone in the ring that looked ok, but the diamond is much more beautiful. Thank you!

I have Natural diamonds and now Lab diamonds from BG - Both beyond impressive! So is EMILY'S very personable service, I rely on her input (I'm long distance) and it is part of why I returned for a second purchase. Contemplating a third! Craftsmanship and turnaround time have left nothing to be desired...except maybe another BG diamond piece.
