I ordered a beach cover up on 8/29. It is now 9/15 and I still don't have it. Your customer service, who I have contacted twice now, has not been helpful in making sure I have it before I leave for a trip on 9/18. They keep telling me it shipped but there isn't a vaild shipping # attached to my order and the Shop app says it hasn't shipped yet. Now you're asking me how I like the item I ordered? Seriously? I am starting to think your site is a scam. I will not be using you again.

The dress was nice, but it wasn't clear to me just what I was about to receive. Reading the reviews after I had just clicked purchase was very alarming! First the sizes were not clear being that I would have needed to order a 4X just to get an XL. And it was described as sequin only on the front of the dress. Very disappointed to say the least. And your lack of responding was very unsettling. You gave me only 24 hours to cancel my order and you were not responding.

I ordered 2 bracelets on Aug 31st. It is now Sept 9th! It has just recently shipped and won't be delivered until Sept 13-16!?? It should NOT take this long to process and ship!! I only live halfway across the country from their warehouse.
Also, I guess the 2 bracelets I ordered are shipping seperately?? So I may wait even LONGER to receive 2 (not custom) items?? Rediculous!! Hope they at least come when tracking estimates it's arrival.
