Got my Sidi MTB shoes to Colorado USA in just four days! Hard to imagine that from Germany. Went on my maiden voyage ride with the Sidi shoes today and I'm ecstatic. Shoes fit perfectly and were totally comfortable. I wear a size 9-1/2 USA and ordered a 43.5 shoe. On the idea of fit. Make sure you will fit correctly. I had my previous Sidi's to go by. You may get a shocker for shipping cost sending something back. My first order with Bob Leisure. I'll be back!
Note: My Sidi shoes were the MTB Eagle 10 with the
BOA fasteners. Love the BOA. It's the way of the future. Velcro has seen it's day.

I got an incredible deal on the Exped Sleeping Pad. It was more than $100 USD cheaper than any store here in the US. What amazed me even more was that the package took about 1.5 days from shipment (from Germany) to delivery (in Knoxville, TN). Amazon isn't even that fast for packages sent to me from Nashville, TN.

I have purchased several Dale of Norway sweaters at bobleisure.com and saved a lot of money. They arrived surprisingly fast, considering they were shipped from Germany to the U.S.A., and shipping was free.

I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with BobLeisure was so awful that I feel compelled to warn others. I ordered a Le Creuset bakeware set as a gift for a colleague, thinking that the positive reviews meant it was a trustworthy company. I couldn’t have been more wrong.

The only thing BobLeisure did promptly was charge my credit card. Beyond that, it was a nightmare. I waited two weeks with absolutely no status updates despite multiple attempts to reach them. They have no customer service phone line, so don't expect to get quick responses if you have issues—because you will.

After wasting my time and patience, BobLeisure suddenly canceled my order without any explanation. To make matters worse, I’m still waiting for a refund, and it’s been four days since the cancellation. It’s clear their low prices come at a high cost to customers in terms of poor service, lack of communication, and a complete disregard for their customers' time and money.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. You might think you’re saving money, but it will COST YOU FAR MORE in the long run! Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
