The purchase was for an Open Box set of IEMs. The product was immaculately cleaned, in like new condition. A personalized hand written thank you note greeted me as I opened the box. Underneath the note was a pack of candy which was completely unexpected. Some might say, it's just candy. But really it symbolizes the thoughtfulness and care they put behind the order. It is indeed the thought that counts! Thank you for the sweet deal Bloom Audio. Pun intended.
