I absolutely LOVE the EBike! Definitely makes riding more pleasurable! I don't worry about the wind or the hills. I have done several lengthy rides, 70 miles, 50 miles, and 45 miles and my battery is a bit of a disappointment. I read about the battery life of a 400 watt and now it makes sense how long it should last on these rides. I have been searching for a higher watt battery and am unable to find a compatible replacement at a higher watt. I have also contacted Gazelle concerning this matter and would like some information or a price on a higher watt battery or something I can upgrade. I want to ride longer distances, of course, but need a longer battery life. PLEASE, any information would be helpful. I also did not have a shock absorber seat post and i noticed on the other Gazelle bikes online that the seat post was standard with the bike. It would have been exceptionally awesome to have had that in place. I feel when paying over 2000$ there should be easier access to batteries, accessories, replacement parts, seats, seat posts, and other bicycle parts for this particular EBike. The cost of bags and bicycle racks is extremely expensive and not everyone can afford those prices so we have to improvise. I would absolutely love information on some solutions! THANK YOU

CSM is an amazing company to use. You get honest and upfront service. The owner went out of his way to ensure we had the best costumer service. Personally coming to pick up the bike and allowing us to have a loaner so we could enjoy the summer with an electric bike. Although, it wasn’t an easy task he constantly battled with the bike company on our behalf! Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I just serviced 3 of our bikes both road and MTB and the operator did an awesome job. There was some finicky stuff going on and they spent a lot of time trying to get it working. The best service around town and costs are much better then at any local bike shop. Definitely use 7th day cycles for your next service. So good I've gotten 3 of our bikes serviced and will keep using them for a long time to come. 👍😁

I had my contractor load my old tandom bike up, take up to Celestial. Cleaning up garage, been sitting there 23 years, rotted tires, derailer messed up, ................. Took up there on Thursday 11-9 and Friday 11-10 just got call done. Can't believe it, they know what they're doing. 25 yr old bike, blue thunder, custom deal. Had all the parts and BANG riding this wkend. Thx

I am very impressed with after sale support and service. I had a Shimano battery issue on an e-bike that I bought mid-2021. I needed Crazy Lenny's to help with the warranty claim from Shimano. I live in Connecticut, and I thought I would never hear from them. It took 10 days or so, but they called back and offered to help. Thank you.
