tried to put up my listing on beycome. their website is atrocious... page wouldn't load, then contacted customer service who, most of the time, would put me on hold for 15-20min and then came back with the same nonesense, saying "you need to remove certain words from the listing description." Meanwhile, we've removed almost everything and it still didn't allow the listing to go through. They just have an automated bot responding to emails regurgitating the same thing. 1 day later, had to take it down and ask for a refund. Can't play these games with support anymore.

Crappy software, they lie to you, customer service manned by human robots. Spent hours uploading pictures, descriptions and filling out forms which got lost.
So glad I cancelled. If signing up was terrible, imagine the ongoing service.

We were able to sell our house in Dallas through beycome The property was listed with an agent for some time, but in the end we were able to sell privately ourselves. The exposure we received on the various real estate websites resulted in a good number of enquiries.

AMAZING EXPIRIENCE! Why are you not using beycome.com? No other realtor is giving you money to work with them. Beycome did! They were on top of everything making the process so easy. We got 9,200 back just for being represented by the company when we bought our new home. I will definitely be using their services again!!!!!

Great customer service! In less than five minutes Suyen was able to answer all of my questions and assist me in getting my listing updated to include the information I needed on the MLS. Had another issue several days later and was assisted by Leydi this time around. She really went to bat for me to get my request approved with the local MLS. Again - great customer service!! Highly recommended .For sure, Beycome is a great listing agency for anyone selling their home as FSBO. They give you the listing exposure needed in the MLS at a great rate and you get wonderful customer service reps like Suyen and Leydi who go above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Thrilled to have such an ongoing positive experience with a process that normally reeks of anxiety if you are not in the real estate business. So glad I found them!

I have been listed with Beycome since July 23,2023. In 8 months, not a single offer came through. My home is move-in ready in a great condo. I finally had to cancel my contract with them to hire a commissioned realtor.

Beycome is an amazing site to rent. I was renting out one of my properties and received over 15 applications in the first couple of hours. It was rented very quickly. Easier and CHEAPER, than any Real-estate agent. I will be using them again.

Warning: Our home is stuck with Beycome! We paid Beycome 5/9/21 to list our home on the MLS. A few buyers said when they called Beycome did not respond at all. We messaged (Beycome portal), emailed, called, texted Beycome & tried to cancel our listing with Beycome - NO RESPONSE AT ALL. We signed the 'Release & cancellation of listing agreement' a week ago, now our home is still on the websites synced from the MLS with them being the listing agent. It's seriously hurt our home sale now that no buyer can call about this home as Beycome is effectively holding it hostage!!! Please refund and remove our home with Beycome as our listing agent from the MLS ASAP.
