Feeling good

I have tried to start pilatese at the first time in my life.
I have done more strong strength training before.
However, I felt good when I had started to use this app after 3 days.
I can strongly believe that these exercises are really effective my inner muscle.
In addition I wasn’t bored with doing it because exercises included different moving that I have not done yet.

Easy to fit into schedule

Easy to fit into schedule and minimal equipment needed. Many included extras I’ve yet to use because of my weird work schedule, but could use on days off. I did wish that there was some way to indicate the length of each workout before the day because I work long shifts (12 hours) and try to fit pilates before work.

Great Workout Bundles & Support.

I really loved the services provided, specially all the workout bundles. Even if someone is not in the mood of doing excercise they can simply choose existing and helpfull trainings for boxing and etc.
This really helps users to stay motivated.
The teams also listen to all the issues users are facing and constantly supporting and making themselves better.

Much better other apps out there already

The app - hard work to log, weights and measures don’t correlate to amount you’d actually use, so logging anything requires manual work and takes ages
Nothing feels tailored to you despite filling in tons of info when you sign up
I think there are better similar apps out there for the price

Get BetterMe for a BetterYOU

I've just started using the BetterMe app, and so far, I'm loving it. I've been unable to make any changes to the fasting hours but that wasn't my intent on getting the app anyway, so, 5 stars for me. The work-outs have been perfect, and love the daily mind-check chapters, as well.

Stay fit and healthy...

The BetterMe app covers it all. Absolut affordable. Easy to use. Different levels available. Training from easy job to military Bootcamp! Good information available on healthy food tracking of success. Online shop for sport clothing. I am retired, 70 years old and can only recommend it. It's also fun.

The 2nd month automatically subscribed…

The 2nd month automatically subscribed which was over £37. I tried to contact and cancel on app. I eventually found an email address. I contacted and complained, I received a reply pretty quickly. My subscription was cancelled and a refund was issued. I'm waiting to see if it credits my bank account.

With a bad back and neck from a recent…

With a bad back and neck from a recent car accident. I couldn’t get to the gym on a regular basis. This was a great way to get back into a routine by just using my body weight. At the same time increasing my stamina, flexibility and strength. Moreover, I did this all at home at my convenience.

Easy to use and navigate. My one complaint is the food measurements are only in ounces. Would be nice to see cups or other measurements that correspond with the packaging the food comes in

Be warned as this company takes out…

Be warned as this company takes out more then what their period offer is and then take further payments, do always check your back statements.
They won’t tell you what you get as you don’t get any email but you think you payed once and then you think the payment doesn’t go through so you end up paying again .
The company does not correct their mistake but once they take a couple of further payments they wish not to refund but instead try to offer. Bonus and want you to use their app instead . But will not give any refund even after cancelling immediately after you’ve made payment by mistake . So be warned . Don’t know what scam they running

At first I didn't think it would make a…

At first I didn't think it would make a difference, but I just started this program and feeling the difference already🙂. Not as stiff as I was before!!! That in itself makes me want to continue.

Love the shortness of the workouts and how easy they start out.
Sometimes I feel like I am not pushing myself fully. However then you get to move on to another workout if you have time or the drive to push on.

Scam STOLEN MONEY

Scam , if you pay for a one week trial , they automatically sign you up for renewal without your knowledge and take your money … DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , MONEY GRABBERS

I had a go at the exercises

I had a go at the exercises, but they aren't for me - I just can't be bothered to do them. Just not an exercise person I guess.
So I contacted the company to stop the plan, and they cancelled within 24 hours, no problem.
So they get 100% in my view.
