The entire process was so user-friendly especially the online portal for uploading all necessary documents. My team Vugar Mishiyev and Alexa Fallon were excellent and always provided immediate assistance and results. They never over promised and always delivered. I was told I will be approved for my loan and they get my appraisal money and then later they said I can’t qualify and they never return my money I am still waiting and no one have reach out be careful abt the way this mortgage works

Everything about the process was straightforward. From the beginning when I first spoke to my loan consultant (Kody Powell) he explained everything really well , he asked exactly what I wanted and he kept in touch with me throughout the process . Every time I had a question or I needed to talk to him he answered, which is very nice. Brieauna Williams my coordinator was a pleasure to work with, she made it all so simple, every time that I needed to talk to her she answered my phone calls. She kept me well informed throughout the process and let me know what to expect next. I have to honestly say that working with this team and with Better Mortage I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and to whoever needs refinancing or home loans. Julie and Kody walked me through something I was very unfamiliar with, and because of their patience and diligence, I’m able to do what I’ve always wanted to.. start a company. After covid, everyone can agree that attaining capital is not easy, and I ran into many scams before finding better. I already had the money, I just didn’t know how to access it. They made my dreams come true, let them do it for you as well.

Horrible company would keep spamming you after multiple explicit requests not to call. Their product was not competitive anyways.

We did a HELOC to take care of some additions we wanted to make to our new house. The process was super efficient and they were transparent in their visibility into current status, next steps, and any additional info they needed. The entire thing took a couple of days to get approved (and I found them on a Friday), about a week to get the appraisal, and then we closed early the next week. The HELOC is a great product and gives us the flexibility to use only what we need and keep it open for future projects. You don’t run into lending products like theirs very often. Great company!

This was a very good experience. My wife and I have complex finances (a mix of W2, 1099, S Corp, and K-1). Better’s underwriting staff were very organized and good at sifting through all of that to help us get a loan. Also, the rate was better than anyone else we shopped around for.

The entire process was extremely easy. From your smart phone you are able to complete tasks in order to upload everything necessary and complete all forms and signatures. The better mortgage team was very helpful and kept me updated and informed. It took about two weeks from start to completion.

The process was long and arduous. I was passed between people and it seemed like they were not really interested in my loan. I was looking for a HELOC that was 76% LTV and it took forever! The worst part is that they ask for all of the account numbers and verify all of your outstanding creditors prior to closing and then give you checks that you have to mail to them! They even state it could take 40 days for the checks to process. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a lending company!!!
